Poor experience overall. They forgot to order my contacts, never followed up, and later billed my insurance incorrectly. On top of that, the glasses I bought don't fit well, so I still wear my old pair. A rep (Kenya) did fix the billing issue, but the process was frustrating and disorganized.

My husband went to this location for the 1st time and they were incredibly pleasant. Repaired the arms on his glasses while he waited for paint to be mixed at the local paint store. He was in and out in probably 10 minutes. Great team and we will definitely but using the location in the future!!

I had a very short wait after I had been greeted by friendly receptionist. The exam was thorough and comprehensive. I look forward to receiving the same great service upon picking up my eyeglasses about 2 weeks from my exam date. Price of frames were good with lots of styles to choose from.

Great experience! Convenient location, close to home. Great selection and pricing for frames was spot on, even had some great clearance and discount prices available. Friendly and helpful associates and staff. Carissa was very attentive, helpful, professional and welcoming. She was attentive and encouraging and we found the frames that we liked and looked good. Thank you, Carissa. The O.D., Yaseen Sheriff was wonderful and even recommended some needed eye drops for my allergy/dry eyes. Would highly recommend getting your eye exams, glasses, and all your eye care needs at America's Best in Beaumont, CA.
