Focus Vision Optometry

No one should come here EVER. The staff is extremely rude and condescending. They should all be ashamed of themselves for the service that they provide. All I wanted was to look some frames and was told I could only do so with an appointment, so I did that. I came back for my appointment and decided to get my frames elsewhere because their price was ridiculous. I was given severe attitude when I said I'd think about it and come back another day (NOT!). Then when I went to another place they said my vision insurance had already been used! This place used my insurance without my consent!! Luckily it was an easy fix but what a disgusting practice. I also heard they've done that to several people, not a surprise honestly seeing how they treat customers. Can't believe this place has more than one location to treat people so poorly. DO NOT COME HERE!!

I should have read the reviews before I went. The receptionist was unprofessional and rude, the woman who handles the billing and prescriptions gave me an attitude over questions I had. I was not forewarned before booking my appointment that I wouldn't even be seeing an optometrist, my contact exam was done through a zoom call with the doctor. It took a month to get my trial contacts in and when the did arrive I was left one very unprofessional voicemail with no follow up. When I called to schedule my appointment I was again met with an attitude and then promptly hung up before O was done with my questions. The only person who was genuinely helpful and friendly was the gal who did my pre-tests and assisted the doctor. I will not be returning for any business.

Do not recommend this place. All 3 girls here had attitudes u can tell they dont get along and just need the job. My son who is 7 couldn't get a clear picture the girl in back had no patients didn't tell him what to do but sit down. He had to ask do I look at the green X. The two girls infront got into an argument over helping a patient infront of the place with guest. Waited almost an hr past our appointment time.

The medical assistance are very friendly and helpful. Getting your eyes tested is very different now. They do what's called "vision screening." You're able to speak to the optometrist through a TV screen, and he's able to check your vision digitally. It's very futuristic. The only problem I have found is that the stigmatism that was prescribed for my glasses was too strong and it gave me a headache. By the time I figured it was coming from my glasses, It was too late to get my prescription redone within the 30 days so I had to go to a different optometrist to get my eyes done because they were going to charge me full price, even though it was their mistake for prescribing me too strong of a prescription.

The worst unprofessional optometry ever!!! My Son was refused a copy of his prescription. Arrived at his new appt for a new eye exam and they informed him that his insurance wasn't active so he rescheduled and when he went back with his active insurance they said he had a cancellation fee. The front office girl is rude and very unprofessional, she denied telling my Son that his insurance wasn't active. Would not recommend this place to anyone! Called to speak to someone and she hung up on me twice. Lacking customer service experience!!!

Be careful with ordering glasses here. My grandfather's insurance was charged for glasses he never received, and the office insists my family member picked them up -- but can't show any proof. After several attempts to resolve it, we've gotten no real help or accountability. This feels dishonest, and unprofessional for this location to charge insurance for services not provided to an elderly person. My 91 year old grandfather will not be eligible for new glasses until he's 93 because of the unprofessional personnel at this location. I'd recommend verifying everything in writing before doing business here or not doing business at all with this location. Girl in the front desk is so rude. Her name started with an I I'm pretty sure. Someone who is in customer service and the first interaction at an office should be friendly, greet with a smile and if they are having a bad day not treat their patients with disrespect. she didn't add our secondary for billing so I had got sent to go back to her at the end to give her my info & she said "ok now what do you want". If a patient is asking difficult questions you don't know the answer to you still show kindness and ask for help from your peers. Thank you to Carie for going the extra mile to find an answer for me and for being so nice. Carie and the assistant doing the test deserve 5 stars. The receptionist zero.

Very polite and acknowledged quickly. Dr answered all of my questions with patience and politely. Good selection of glasses frames. Beautiful office with friendly associates!
