They schedule you at 1 only to see you at 2. I understand how the medical field is but waiting an hour to be seen is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give a zero I would . But this is not a reflection on the doctor as he was very informative and had an excellent examination manner on my child. The issue with this place is the front office of who speak to people in a condescending way . Karina at my he front desk acts like this is her office and lacks even the least amount of customer service skills. She was extremely rude and made it seem like she was doing me a favor by doing her job. She would cut me off when I tried to speak . I informed her manager Maria that that just because there are a lot of low income people who come here who rather bow their head and the don't know better on how they should be treated and she gets away with it that she should not have this job. It is an extremely poor display of carelessness that brings this wonderful doctor down . The reviews are real . Believe them . I hope this owner and doctor realize their front office needs some sort of seminar or classes on phone etiquette, customer service and conflict resolution ASAP

During my initial consultation my appointment was at 1pm and 2 hours later they still wouldn't call me. In addition, the staff here in the front office are extremely rude and unprofessional with patients. Just because people have MediCal or are disabled doesn't mean you should be treated badly by the female front office staff. There is a very light skin late 20's Hispanic female that acts like she owns the clinic and everything is about her. She's so self centered and rude. Needs to mature and grow up. Shame on Generation Z sometimes. Unreal

My wife's Doctor recommended we see this eye Doctor ASAP. I was very hesitant at first when I saw all the negative comments. But I noticed all the negativity was towards rude and bad customer service from the receptionist/Assistants... My wife and I did not experience rude behavior from anyone. And the Doctor was very caring and explained the process in full detail. I couldn't be happier with the treatment my wife received. The surgery was a success and I am glad we came to this eye Clinic. So I gave it 5 stars.

Staff: not people oriented whatsoever, the dyed blonde hair receptionist gotta be the worst she is so rude!!! They have everyone waiting for hours and I mean that literally HOURS even though most of the people had previously scheduled appointments too, still the girl in the front when I asked her about it she just gave attitude She is acting like she is doing me a favor although she is supposed to be doing her job

I recently got my chalazion surgically removed at this clinic. The young ladies are very attentive and work fast paced. I am glad my chalazion is now gone but the procedure was very painful. I felt everything even though they injected anesthesia. I told the optometrist that it really hurt and he said that he was almost done. I just wish he could've at least tried to build some rapport with his clients. He never introduced himself to me nor asked me if I was okay. He did not even bother explaining the after care or walk through of the procedure. I am glad his assistant was there and made me feel a little bit better.

I do not recommend this place after giving it a second chance. I visited this office last year and it was not terrible, but the waiting time was extremely long. I asked to be scheduled toward the end of day- last appointment and I waited for about an hour and a half. This year, I asked for the very first appointment, I took an Uber there, and arrived on time only to find 6 to 8 people waiting. After about 45 minutes of waiting, I rescheduled my appointment yet again for a weekend-first appointment again. I failed to appear and they sent me a $30 failure to cancel bill and asked that I pay it on my future visit. It made me laugh more than anger me. I waited 45 minutes for the initial appointment and was never seen, had taken an Uber there, got late to work, and they still charge me for a no show. Needless to say, the policies here are ridiculous and they do not have any regard for people's time. I agree that they overbook and cannot keep up with a timely schedule. I will not be back and I may send them my bill for an hour of lost work and my uber ride, which fair exceeds their $30 :)

"Supervisor" Maria Ortiz has a horrible attitude, is rude and careless, and has no empathy. Had to cancel mom's surgery because they did not do follow ups and basically didn't care, all pre-op procedures are now expired, and my mother has to redo. Will no longer go to this place and will take my business elsewhere due to Maria's unprofessionalism.
