Terrible customer service, my grandpa had an appointment at 1:30, we showed up 1:20 by 2:20 we noticed 3 people who showed up after him had already been called. When he asked what was going on they told him those people had appointments & he was next. He obviously had an appointment as well and was NOT called next. After an hour of waiting he decided to leave.

First time visit took my mom here and the experience was awful. Appointment was at 3pm she wasn't seen until about two hours later. Only to received the worst treatment/bedside manners by this unprofessional and unethical MD who lacks empathy towards elderly patients with Parkinson's disease. I clearly provided her medical history in the new patient care package they asked to be filled out and I did state that she has Parkinson's. The staff failed to put that information in the computer for him to see but that is no excuse as to why he put his hand on my mothers head rudely and rough because she couldn't stay still while he was trying to examine her eyes. In spanish he told her as he grabbed her by the top of her head saying dije no the muevas in a very stern and forceful voice. He then asked if there were any questions and stated he would prescribe some eye drops. He then turns to me and gives me the clipboard and says in the same tone of voice take this to the front as if I was one of his employees. Didn't even bother to say please or can you please give this to the receptionist. In my experience working in the medical field I've never seen a patient get treated how my mom was treated today. The office is dirty the walls look like they don't get cleaned the patient restroom smelled like urine and didn't even have the proper supplies. I then asked to speak to the office manager. She took me in her office and apologized on his behalf that it had been a long busy day for him. That is no excuse or give him the right to treat any patient the way he did to my mother today. My mom is a 78yr old woman who didn't deserve to be treated like this by him or anyone. Definitely not going back there and I feel horrible for any patient that has maybe experience his unprofessionalism and doesn't speak up of have anyone to speak for them.

Very rude dr. He rushes through the exam and doesn't listen to you, let alone answer any of your questions you may have. If you have Medicaid he will treat as a 2nd class citizen.

Dr. Cassimiro Gonzales #1 is very kind and professional .Thank you, Dr. Gonzales for the eye surgery, my eye condition is much better now. The medical staff is very helpful and kind.

Super rude dr he has no patience or shows any kind of care for the elderly people here. Staff is sweet but dr is garbage

Nurses and front desk are slow and kinda rude. Attitudes most of them. The doctor himself is mostly rushed exams. Doesn't really listen to patient.

Very rude staff! Tried making an appointment over the phone and was not helped at all and instead was given attitude. I will not try again with them.

His Very very rude does not have empathy for his patients very unprofessional.
