I honestly wish I could leave no stars. I spoke with a guy (because I definitely can't label him a gentleman) over the phone. I was so disappointed and taken back in his customer service I hung up before asking his name I was so fed up. This guy came off so rude and condescending when I was giving him my details. I was simply trying to make an eye exam appointment and this was the most unpleasant phone interaction I have ever had in my life. And I've made plenty of calls so far in my lifetime. I promise I will never recommend this place to anyone, ever. Whoever the guy was on the end of my phone call needs to learn how to talk to customers and be human being. Do better.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, Dr Jaime himself always greets patients as he's walking past them or when the patient is checking in, the office has a variety of selections to chose from and they help with find the right pair of glasses for you and with you, they explain your benefits and how much you will need to pay out of pocket, if you need to. This facility is amazing! Sad I'm no longer a patient there as I'm no longer in the area. I referred my family and they LOVE it!!

I called to make an appointment as a returning patient and the guy who answered the phone was so rude and unhelpful. Sounded like he didn't want to be at work. And then he hung up on me before I finished asking my question. So disappointed in the customer service here. I've been going here for years.

My family has being going to Dr. Estrada for about 20 + years. He is awesome and so are the ladies that work along side with him. He listens to you and is always patient with answering any questions one might have. Dr. Estrada even helped my mom get the right treatment at Kaiser after conducting an eye exam on her when she went in for a 2nd opinion. The ladies always go over what your insurance covers and even lend a hand to help you pick the right glasses. I Love all of them there!!

I had to do a last minute walk in and they accepted me because my eye looked so bad. The doctor is very knowledgeable and knew my condition instantly. He gave me some pointers my other doctors at the VA didn't know about, which I appreciated. The initial experience was pleasant, and I'm going back--even though I can get care for $0 at the VA hospital.

So far experience has not been good. 1st pair of glasses worked out ok. Ive been waiting for my safety glasses for almost 3 months, ive called approx. 8/9 times and once my called was picked up and they told me they would call me to update. It took my daughter approx 1 month to get get glasses completed, it took my wife about 2 months to get her glasses and the prescription was incorrect. I wanted to like this place but its frustrating trying to het a hold of someone at the office.

I was looking where to get my eye exam done and I found Dr. Estrada. I called them and receptionist Lourdes helped me out. They need to check your insurance before making an appointment. You can email it to them so they can check it. Exam went well. I recommend him with out no doubt!
