I had my first eye exam in years and was a little nervous going into it. Dr. Ngyuen was super knowledgeable and it immediately helped me calmed my nerves. Dr. Ngyuen thoroughly explained the eye wellness exam as well as the contact lens exam to me and helped me picked the right contacts for my eyes. The assistant Michael was also really nice with all of the additional eye exams. Overall a great experience and will be returning to Dr. Ngyuen for my eye care for years to come!

I cannot say enough about the incredible experience I had at this office. They performed the most thorough tests to get an advanced understanding of my eye health and needs-- I was blown away. After finishing the tests we came up with a comprehensive (and realistic!) plan for my continued health needs. I have incredibly dry eyes and an astigmatism, so I was a higher risk candidate for lasik. This dream team helped my wildest wishes come true and now I have better-than-perfect vision. First time visitor and my experience was amazing! The staff as a whole were great. Everyone was very kind and made sure that I was taken care of throughout my entire appointment which made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. because of the pandemic, the staff took extra precautions to ensure their clients were safe. upon arrival I was greeted, checked in,, and had my temperature taken. I was taken to an examination room and each piece of equipment was sanitized for me. Jocelyn the tech helped me during my visit and was very kind and informative. Dr. Macdonald and Dr. Baumannn were both ready to answer any question that I had. Bethany from optical wars very nice and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. she measured and fit the frame of the glasses for a fit that would best fit me.

I started wearing glasses when I was 11 years old. It really affected me when it came to daily life activities like playing sports, amusement parks and other such events. I eventually switched to contacts, but they always caused me issues and my eyesight was still no where near good enough. I tried several different brands but the issues persisted and they caused me more problems than they solved. When I decided to get Lasik eye surgery, I was skeptical about finding a Doctor who would listen and take personal interest in my situation. Dr. Cornell was very straight forward with me about what to expect. He talked me through the procedure and it was relatively painless for me. I could not honestly be more thrilled with my results! Not having to worry about glasses and contacts has really changed my life! Thank you Dr. Cornell for your professional approach and genuine hospitality!!!

I could not possibly recommend anyone more highly. Dr. Cornell came highly recommended to me by a well-established LA physician. I had PRK surgery done by Dr. Cornell, and saw Dr. Stuart once for post-op pain. They're both exceptionally warm and kind and Dr. Cornell and his staff are absolutely phenomenal. My vision has been 100% perfect, after wearing contacts for years (-5.5), and my chronic dry eye condition has completely resolved since the surgery. The surgery was honestly one of the best decisions I made, and had total confidence and respect for Dr. Cornell.

Now, even in an emergency you can't speak with a doctor for days, you can't get an appointment for months.
No one here cares a bit.
The front desk staff are incompetent and rude.
Disgraceful.
