Dr. Liao is hands down one of the best ophthalmologists I've ever met! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt seen, cared for, and completely at ease. Dr. Liao takes the time to explain everything clearly--never rushed, always patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their attention to detail and genuine compassion make such a difference, especially when it comes to something as important as your eyes. The office was well-organized and efficient. Within minutes of my arrival, I was taken into an exam room where preliminary information and eye tests were completed. Shortly afterward, Dr. Liao arrived. Over the last three years, they really have gotten the office together where there is first of all no more excessive wait time plus everyone on staff From the doctors to the ones in the office to the nurses to the photographers of the eyes, treat everybody with respect. It is such a pleasant experience going there now after it had always been horrifying with the wait time and yes often times with the way patients were treated. I'm so glad that they have turned everything around now.
