I had blurry vision when I tried to see from my left eye. It was a persistent issue that was highly troubling for me. I got in touch with Dr. Kawrence Hopp who helped me get rid of this problem. Now, my vision is clear.

Dr. Hopp is truly a blessing! My dad had an eye emergency, he handled everything with such care, patience, and expertise. He made sure my dad got all the necessary exams and the right medication to help him heal quickly. His kindness and reassurance meant the world to us during such a stressful time. We couldn't be more grateful for him!

I've been a patient of Dr. Hopp for well over a decade and a half. Absolutely the most competent ophthalmologist I have ever seen. There are very, few physicians, who are consistently as attentive and careful as Dr. Hopp. I've literally had him save my vision twice.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience--not about the professionalism or expertise of the doctor, but about the unacceptable behavior of the staff. I was referred to this office for an urgent appointment due to a corneal ulcer, as my symptoms were worsening rapidly. Desperate for care, I called their office to request the appointment, explaining the urgency of my situation. I was reassured that someone would get back to me within an hour or two. But no one ever did. It's chilling to imagine what could have happened to my eye if I had continued waiting for a call that never came. A corneal ulcer is not something you gamble with--it's a medical emergency. If you cannot accommodate patients with urgent needs, don't give false promises. Giving hope to someone in pain, only to leave them abandoned, is not only unprofessional but potentially dangerous. Please, for the sake of your patients, either follow through on your commitments or be upfront about your limitations. Lives--and vision--depend on it.

Doctor Hopp is truly exceptional. His kindness and generosity with time set him apart. I appreciate his genuine care for patients. Dr. Lawrence M Hopp is an amazing doctor. Great Doctor and place. My wife is 72 years old. When she needed to correct vision me worrisome that tampering with her vision could change her live, therefore she has decided to choose the best expert in California, who doesn't want the very best? She was referred to Dr. Lawrence M Hopp by a Dr. Kagan - he is a highly professional doctor, exceptional service. She had heard great things about this doctor. However, she was hesitant because, well, it's her eyesight and I wouldn't just trust anyone - She had a very complicated situation - her vision before was very poor and she could not see clearly from the distance and near, She almost couldn't see and was only getting worse. But when she heard about Dr. Lawrence M Hopp and his phenomenal procedures, she gave in - she went for a consultation as she couldn't read anymore. Today Dr. Lawrence is simply the best in Los Angeles. He is Honest, Professional, Knowledgeable. Extensively explains all alternatives, so his patients can make the best educated decision for themselves. He gave my wife a thorough evaluation on her eye problems. In addition to him being a fantastic doctor he has friendly office staff always makes you comfortable and accommodating. My wife has been seeing Dr Lawrence M Hopp and his crew for a few time now, and they are really quite amazing. Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, very knowledgeable and understanding doctor made a huge impression on her. They became like family after seeing them multiple time through her multiple visits for the procedure and check-ups. Remember, the most important - high quality! It truly is life changing. I have several serious complicated eye issues. Most ophthalmologists do not know what to do when i see them, much less diagnose and treat me when i have eye issues. Recently I was in extreme pain and my excellent ophthalmologist sent me to Dr. Hobb for a second opinion and expert advice regarding treatment. I am still healing but I am in the road to recovery. Dr. Hobb was great. His staff was kind and helpful. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Hopp is the best , for the first time in 84 years i don't wear glasses. My transplants were done in Lancaster CA in 2014 and 2015, he made a whole process easy and even pleasant.
