I had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room to be called in the back. I was seen by an intern who pretty much did the whole appointment. She got an attitude when I kept asking when Dr. Koh would be seeing me. He finally came in at the end and she updated him on everything she had done. He took her word and spent a short time in the room with me. She wrote the prescription for my glasses, but I was not confident with in her. I came to see the optometrist, not an intern working on her own. I will be returning to my previous optometrist for a new prescription.

Dr. Isbell May is by far the best Eye Doctor I have ever met. She is so great with her patients and how she treats you. She is thorough, explains everything in simple terms and takes the time to ensure you are understanding. She has a very warm personality and she is a kind person. I have recommended her to many people and I get the same feedback from them regarding her patient care. Staff is also very nice. I had an issue once with one (misunderstanding) and he called me personally to apologize and ensure I was happy with my frames choice. That is great customer service!

I love Dr. Isbell but the office staff and the way the office is run is not so great. I had a 2:00 appointment and was asked to be there by 1:45, which I was. I was not seen until after 3:00. Part of the reason was because one of the office staff was trying to tell me that something was not covered by my insurance. I explained to her that I had already called my insurance company in preparation of my appointment and that it was covered. Rather than my appointment moving forward while she checked (it's not like she couldn't have billed me if what I told her was wrong, which it wasn't), I ended up sitting in the room waiting after it was already an hour past my appointment time. I was told to let them know how some contacts were working for me after trying them for a couple days. After a couple days, I sent them a message through CSLink and didn't hear back. I sent another message, didn't hear back and then I called. The following week I finally got a call that they had some more trial contacts for me to try. I asked if they could mail them to me since I live a bit far from the office, she told me she would ask and call me back and I still have not heard back from her. Now I am out of contacts and have no idea if anymore are coming in the mail or not. I just left a message this morning. Hopefully I'll hear back and am told they already mailed the contacts. Not great treatment or consideration for your patient's time or needs.

Staff is friendly, most if not all speak Spanish. Machines looks new and state of the art. The glasses ares looks more like a boutique. I'm glad they takes my insurance. We needs to get my grandmother's frames adjusted and they did it right away and it took like 5 min. We are here for cataract surery and i feel like we are in good hands they inspire confidence

I am sorry to hear that some people did not have a good experience with the Vision Center. My hubby and I have nothing but praise for Dr Yang. Dr Yang was recommend to us by Dr Nesburn (she too deserves praise) so we felt comfortable with her choice. The overall experience with Dr Yang from the initial meeting until the day of the surgery went better than we had expected. Everything went like clockwork. My hubby is a true Veteran and underwent the surgery without any form of medication (the anesthesiologist nor Dr Yang recommend his decision to do so)however everything turned out perfect. The follow up visit were smooth, no problems at all. The waiting room at the Vision Center is not very big, however they move the patients in a timely manner. Dr Yang is very knowledgeable of his profession, with years of experience and surgeries, when it comes to your eyes that is exactly the type of Doctor you want. The Vision is located in a congested area, however they have underground parking and sometimes during the day street parking is available. They accept all major credit cards, they have a clean restroom for the patients, the staff is professional and helpful. The Vision Center is located on the East Side of the street so if you are going north you can make a right turn into the parking structure.

You can't park in their parking structure or buy glasses frames on the weekend even though they're open.

Appointment (contact lens fitting and dilation) took 2 hours due to conflicting info from multiple people and idk what - There isn't a clear process / flow / queue between checking out and ordering your contacts/lens. After checking out I was told they'll be with me in a moment to order my contacts but was waiting for a while until I had to go up and ask for them to help me. If you wear contacts and have to take them out for an exam there isn't a mirror or restroom in the office for you to put them back in; my vision is very poor so was blindly finding the bathroom in the building to put in my contacts. Employees and doctor are nice though, the flow of everything was just poorly executed

I had Cataract Surgery performed by Dr. Lisa Dang. I have great respect for her professional expertise and her beautiful personality. The Staff and the entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and take wonderful care of you. They are attentive, responsive, and the entire surgical team of Dr. Lisa Dang were exceptional. I highly recommend Beverly Hills Vision Center and I highly recommend Dr. Lisa Dang Linda Patterson
