This shop is a hidden gem in the neighborhood! Amazing selection of frames, and I was also able to get my lenses fixed at an unbeatable price. The turn-around time was very fast too. I cannot recommend Robertson Optical enough!

Rarely is a personal service seller so fair with their prices and so skilled. I got a pair of my favorite glasses (from another shop) repaired there at an extremely fair price. The service is fast. The selection of frames is more than most stores. You're far better off to go to Robertson Optical for glasses of all types than the big discount stores. Great hours for those of us who work.

Unbelievably rude service. I came in to buy a pair of sunglasses for my birthday and because I took my time and was a bit indecisive and at times confused about which pair I wanted the guy got really annoyed with me. He said "Why is it so complicated for you? You try it on, if you like it, you like, if you don't, you don't." I apologized for interrupting his lunch while I was indecisive, but then he accused me of just coming in to browse all the model numbers so I could take my business online. I assured him I had $400 in my pocket for glasses and that saving 30 bucks online wasn't a priority -- which was true. But still, he just kept hounding me for not making a decision. I wasn't in the place more than ten minutes. They just want you to walk in, try on one or two pairs and drop all your money. You should never be on the defensive as a customer. The service at Super Vision Optical just up the street was far better.
