Balfour Vision Optix Optometry

We had an appointment today at Balfour Vision, but due to heavy traffic, we were about 10 minutes late. We called multiple times to inform them, yet the staff was completely unhelpful and inconsiderate. The front desk service was extremely poor, and their overall management was disappointing. I honestly wouldn't recommend this clinic--there are many other vision centers in the area that value customer service and treat patients with respect. Please avoid this place if you expect professionalism and courtesy. I won't recommend single star.

I recently visited for eye issues, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming, with a warm and professional staff who made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ong took the time to listen to me and explain every step of the process. He answered all my questions and prescription needs. They genuinely care about their patients and don't rush through appointments. Overall, the entire office provides excellent service with a personal touch. If you're looking for an optometrist who values your time, comfort, and vision, I highly recommend this office. I'll definitely be returning for all my future eye care needs!

This place is awesome! The staff are so friendly and customer focused. I recently had a brand new pair of transition glasses fitted and they fit and looked great. I had left these glasses on the counter in a protective case when our new puppy thought it was a new toy and ruined my 500 glasses. Balfour vision replaces at no cost. So thankful. The office manager is very nice and caring.

This was my first visit and I'm really happy with Mary Leong, O.D. and everyone who worked with me. They handled my insurance, assisted me in selecting perfect frames, and are just nice people! My glasses took a couple of weeks, and are probably the best prescription I have ever had. Thank you to each of you!

I couldn't be happier with not only Dr Ong but his staff. His staff are the best. Very professional and attentive to your needs and always have their smile on. Dr Ong is the best optometrist I have ever seen and I have been wearing glass's and/or contacts about 50 years. If you need an optometrist don't hesitate. Make that appointment

Dr. Winson Ong was very helpful and professional! During the time of the pandemic; I ran out of contact lenses and it had been two years since my eyes were examined. Great care was taken during my visit and he's now our permanent eye care physician. Update; Staff is outstanding, and professional in my second visit since a year ago! Again, couldn't have asked for a better eye care physician! Thanks again Doc!

We were going to this office but stopped a year before moving.Requested release of records, They will only send records once the last doctor who you saw releases them. Plus we live in a different state with a different time zone. It wasn't a good experience when we were patients and it is still not. The front desk isn't trained at all. Everything you ask they say "oh ,that should be fine" then they ask the office manager and it turns out to be opposite of what you were just told. I'm an office manager at several dental practices! This is not how we run a medical or dental practice. Staff that answers the phones should know the SOP 's and standard of care protocol and be able to convey the answers to patients.

Dr. Winson ONG. office is one of the Best optical offices I have been to. The office staff where just wonderful. While I was waiting they offered me water. Once I got to see the Dr. He answered all my questions made me feel at ease. I was looking forward to getting my glasses. They even helped with my Credit Care which I truly appreciate. It was nice to go into a Dr. office and feel welcomed. Thank you for that.
