The Delta Vista team is always amazing, and Pooja is truly exceptional. She greets everyone with a big smile and a genuine "happy to help" attitude. She takes the time to explain coverages and technical details meticulously, making sure we understand what will benefit us the most. Our whole family goes here, and we've all had consistently great experiences. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer with Delta Vista Optometry for almost 20 years now. I have always received excellent care, but I've never written a review and I figured it was about time! Everyone that I interact with has always been kind and conscientious. They get me in at the drop of a hat when I'm having problems and always work to make sure I have what I need when I leave. Some stand outs over time are Claudia at the front desk who has taken care of me since I started at this practice and Roberto, who recently helped me figure out what was going wrong with my progressives so that I could actually use them. He worked with me to figure out why I was having issues and my new set of progressives feel 10 times better than the ones I tried before. Fingers crossed they will be what I need, but I know if they're not Roberto will help me get another pair that does work for me :-) This Family run business is definitely one that I would recommend. From the optometrists, the front desk people, the opticians to the technicians you will feel like you're being taken care of by family.

From the first time I stepped foot inside here, with my daughter, and now for my own appointment, they were all great. From checking in and checking out, the front desk are wonderful. Dr. Sakata, was great and easy to speak with and made me totally comfortable. Roberto, was awesome and patient with me. He explained my insurance coverage perfectly for me to understand. He was patient and helpful with picking out frames that would stay within my budget. Awesome team! Definitely would recommend this office.

My experience with Roberto while picking out my new glasses was fantastic. I can say that in all the years I've worn glasses, I've never had someone explain as he did info needed to pick out the correct lenses best suited for me. He was patient and thorough. Also, Robbie is awesome as well! Extremely helpful and kind. I'm so impressed with this optometry' office!

The best health care relationship I have is with the staff at Delta Vista Optometry. I've been going there for over ten years, and now my whole family does too. DVO's team's attention and service make the visits feel thorough but breezy. In particular, Roberto has become a great partner for all of my frames and lens needs. He has always clearly explained my options and costs even as our coverage has changed over the years. And he is deliberate and careful with measurements and fittings so I know that I'm getting the best performance from my eyewear. Claudia is awesome too. Seems like she has answered every one of my phone calls for the last decade. Great team and experiences all around.

I was very impressed with my whole experience. From the front office staff all the way to the doctor, everyone was friendly, professional and an expert in their particular job. I really didn't have a lot of questions because everything was explained as I went along. Pooja even crunched all the numbers, had them written out and explained the difference options clearly. This was my first appointment there and am so happy! Will definitely continue there with my eye care needs and refer them to friends.

Roberto at Delta Vista Optometry Associates is an absolute lifesaver. My son completely demolished his glasses, and I was convinced we were going to have to buy a brand-new pair out of pocket. I honestly didn't think they could be repaired at all. Roberto took the time to look them over and was able to fix them perfectly. His skill, patience, and willingness to help saved us both time and money. The glasses looked great afterward, and my son was back to seeing clearly the same day. If you're looking for an optician who truly cares and goes above and beyond, Roberto is the one. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Pooja yesterday. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The experience didn't feel like I was just another patient, she was truly trying to get to know my wants/needs. I have been coming to Delta Vista for a few years and always have enjoyed my experiences! The staff is so friendly Ana it feels more like home than other places.
