I had a wonderful experience during my recent eye check-up with Dr. Bronge. He was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to truly listen to our concerns. He explained every aspect in such detail that I left feeling much more informed and confident about my eye health. One of the best doctors I've visited -- his thoroughness and clear communication really stood out. Highly recommended!

I am visiting Brentwood from Texas and forgot to bring extra contacts. When one of mine lens torn I called Brentwood Eye Care and was able to provide my prescription and get a contact lens and they didn't even charge me. Very helpful and friendly and saved my vacation. Thank you

I'm not a customer of this practice but i went in because my previous eye doctor had moved out of the space. When i walked in the heavy set receptionist with glasses was very unwelcoming. I didn't see the small sign that notifies customers that california eye care had moved Yet she was very rude and told me to go back and read the sign instead of just telling me that they had moved. Thank goodness they moved out of this location or i would not be back.

Took my daughter for her eye exam and contacts. After trying to train her to use contacts it was too hard for her so the receptionist said to come back and she can pick out glasses instead.i verified this with her 2x after her appointment when i went for my exam and to pick up my glasses. We came back and first of all the customer service was horrible. You would have thought they were there for free. Just annoyed to be doing their job. After my daughter started looking at glasses she informed us that she can't get glasses because she already used the insurance for contacts. Which we never ordered since she couldn't put them in. I asked her why she didn't tell me this the 2x that I asked her in regards to her getting glasses. She just sat there and said she didn't even bother to look at her chart. That's literally your job to verify before you say anything and then to just act like youre bothered. Aside from the receptionist lack of professionalism and wanting to be there the doctor was great but won't be going back again.

Loved my appointment with this office previously but was unable to contact their office successfully to schedule anymore. I left a voicemail, and called multiple times during normal business hours over the course of the last month (no answer, voicemail box full) and attempted to schedule through their online appointment request on their site with no luck. I had to schedule with another Dr while I'm still waiting to get any sort of response (fingers crossed), to get my records transferred. It's unfortunate that getting a return call from the office is such an unsuccessful struggle.

I had an emergency a few weeks ago mid day when one eye had a sudden halo. I called the office. There was no answer and no opportunity to leave a message. Texted the office- no response. A few days later I was finally able to leave a message asking for my doctor to call me. Never got a call back. I'm looking for a new office which cares about its patients and has arrangements to respond to them no matter what.

I took my kids to see doctor Bronge today and we are highly satisfied with his service. Dr. Bronge is by far the best Optometrist I have ever seen. He's amazing with kids as well. I highly recommend him and his team! Thank you doctor B.

I've been a patient here for as long as I can remember. I've been Dr. Bronge's patient for a few years but was with a different doctor for most of my time at this office before she retired; I am very happy with the care I receive here. Exams are always thorough and Dr. Bronge makes sure I'm happy with his recommendation on changes to my prescription and my most recent visit involved a bit of a longer process to ensure I was prescribed contacts that would fit my needs and the changes in my eyes better. The office staff has always been super helpful and ordering glasses and contacts through the office has always been a breeze. I've never had a negative experience here and the staff that support the appointment have always been solid through the years as well. I highly recommend this office for your optometry needs.
