East Bay Eye Center - Brentwood

East Bay Eye Center (Brentwood) has been an excellent choice for my eye care. The front office and support staff are consistently welcoming, courteous, and efficient, which makes every visit smooth and stress-free. Dr. Rahul Raghu is an outstanding ophthalmologist/surgeon, very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I began going there last year for monitoring glaucoma and cataracts, and I truly appreciate his preventive approach to medicine, including prescribing eye drops to help reduce eye pressure and prevent any further eye damage. I have always felt well informed and confident in the care I receive. I highly recommend East Bay Eye Center and Dr. Raghu to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate eye care!

after search for a local eye doctor (Ophthalmologist), East Bay Eye Center-Brentwood shows up, i carefully checked and the COMPREHENSIVE EYE EXAM was on their service lists, so I sent contact to request an appointments. their respond confused me, they said: 1)the Doctor i requested can do my "glaucoma test", but totally did not mention the Comprehensive exam. in requested. 2)they do not bill any eye ins., asked what's my medical ins.? confused, a) if East Bay Eye Center does or does not do the comprehensive eye exam.? b) why for a regular eye exams the Center do not bill to the vision insurance but bill to the medical insurances?

My experience here was amazing. The staff was great. Dr. Raghu explained my cataract surgery details flawlessly. I was very nervous in the beginning, but after my first cataract repair I couldn't wait till I got the other one done. I can see better than I have ever been able to see even with glasses, which I do not wear anymore. This is my eye family from now on. God Bless you I'm very thankful,

Brentwood Staff is outstanding. Always welcoming and very knowledgeable! Jamie is friendly, fast and helpful with any questions or concerns. Dr. Raghu is top notch. Highly recommend this Eye Center. The San Ramon Hospital is great, clean and the staff is friendly make you feel comfortable and at ease.

Excellent experience with my two cataract surgeries. Dr Raghu and the tech were professional, pleasant, and willing to respond patiently to all my questions. The efficiency of this office for scheduling and communication is impressive.

I had a great experience with Dr. Raghu and his staff. I had cataract surgery in both eyes. Dr Raghu and his staff are very professional. They took their time and explained everything thoroughly. They answered all of my questions completely. I highly recommend this office and it is a plus that this office is located in Brentwood.

The doctor Raghu was good and did the check up, the service or the other people are just not reachable, the technician has not prescribed/sent any medicine to the pharmacy and pharmacy is denied any medication from doctors office and asked to reissue the prescription Kept asking the receptionist for address of the pharmacy and prescription only to get lame answer How can one be so irresponsible not to send any medication to the pharmacy and leave the patient without any medication I would not suggest visiting this office as the staffs and technicians are very irresponsible, visit at your own risk

Dr. Raghu and the entire staff at East Bay Eye are amazing. I recently had cataract surgery with lens replacement and being nervous the team was comforting, Dr. Raghu was assuring and amazing. Even when I thought I had vision difficulty he saw me for an immediate same day appt. I would recommend you have this surgery sooner than later, my vision has improved greatly and Im only 1 week post surgery.
