Very nice, welcoming, warm place with great customer service. I love the atmosphere when I bring my two boys in for their first appointments my 7 year old was not scared and super excited! This place is the best and treat you with care. I will forever bring my boys here great with answers and concerns. My children felt very confident.

DO NOT support this terrible, unprofessional establishment solely because of the behavior of a vile male employee they have here! In all my years of work and experience in healthcare, education and even sales, I have never encountered this type of disgusting behavior. To think that I was going to have my daughter from Stanford and my other daughter from Yale make the trip to come out to this store. NEVER. This is my first review that is this negative in the history of my Yelp experiences. The level of trauma & insult I experienced here should never occur in any retail environment. This man should be fired or lose his ability to work with the public ASAP. Because of his behavior they lost thousands of dollars we were planning to spend here. Honestly, VSP should not work with them at all. Frames were outdated, extremely overpriced and basic. I'll take my money to Costco and pay out of network to get better service or any other optometrist anywhere. I feel sorry for the staff here if they have to deal with this insane rude and pathetic male daily. I will be reporting him to VSP and the BBB etc. Upon discussion with other optometrists and professionals, they all agree that I should report this man as they've never seen behavior like this in their many years in practice elsewhere. Disgusted and angry w this small man's vile behavior.

I recommend Eyecare Galleria for glasses. I had a wonderful experience purchasing glasses there. Both Laura and Stephanie were both friendly and very helpful in choosing and fitting my new glasses. The store is attractive, and my experience was excellent.

I took my grandma here for an eye exam and we have never experienced kinder and more professional optometry. My grandma is in her 80's and it can be difficult for her to understand tests and English, as it's not her first language. Madeline and Dr. Velasquez were so hospitable and patient, and made my grandma feel at ease. I would recommend this office to anyone, especially for those who are older.

Very clean, caring and professional atmosphere that surrounds you with with a warm and wonderful experience from start to finish! Dr V and Dr Farinas were both meticulous and really took their time to explain everything about my eye health, what to watch out for and treatment plan with demeanor that puts you at ease from the get go. You will definitely feel like you walked in as a patient but leave as a part of a family. What more can you ask for ?

My whole Family has been under the Eye care of Dr. V and Dr. Farinas since we moved out here in Brentwood in 2016. Up to now, six years later, their customer care has not diminished at all! In fact, their prompt service and personalized care has gone above and beyond even more. I was just there today with my son and brought two of my old eyeglasses and my son's first pair. It needed some repair and adjustments. My son asked if it'll be ready by next month and to his surprise, he was told to come back at the end of their office hours today. In addition to this, I have received plenty of compliments on all my eyeglasses from them as they are very stylish and unique! The office manager and staff (Mr. Will Farinas, Pam, & Bonnie) are so accommodating and efficient in taking care of our eyeglasses and contact lens prescriptions needs. The ambience inside the clinic is so relaxing and has a "Zen" atmosphere . I will continue supporting our own local businesses such as this one! Thank you Eyecare Galleria!

Fantastic business! The staff and optometrist were friendly and helpful during an emergency. I was on vacation and one of my contact lenses slid behind my eye. Of course, i was unable to remove the lens which caused me some discomfort until the next morning when I came in to Eye Care Galleria. I explained what happened and was seen right away. The staff was kind, generous, and of course helpful. The optometrist removed the problem lens (which was buried far behind my eye). She also gave me a set of backup lenses for the remainder of my vacation. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this business!!

While the doctors provide excellent service and most of my experience was good, the hours of operation must be either revised or practice. The staff on Tuesday were not only late for 25 minutes, but instead of providing an apology proceeded to argue about their hours of operations with me. As stated in their own front door and on their website, the employee undermined and careless about their own schedule. This is a problem easy to solve. Change your hours of operation schedule, or get staff that actually follows it.
