As a new patient I had a great experience at Luna Optometry. Everything was on time and I was greeted right away. Dr. James took her time in explaining everything and also I appreciate that she did the vision exam before dilating my eyes. She made sure to answer any questions that I had. There were a great selection of eyeglasses, and the staff was kind and willing to help me figure out what my plan will cover. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase glasses, which I sincerely appreciate!

Dr. James is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is so knowledgeable and thorough, and it is so easy to get an appointment with her (and I've never spent more than 15 minutes there). She makes eye health feel seamless. I had eye discomfort today and she was able to bring me in within two hours with ease. I have been with her for years and can easily say it is the most seamless and informative doctor's appointment every time. She always makes me feel so understood and comfortable and she is so kind. For anyone considering lasik, she helped me make that decision and I did all of my post-ops with her and she was fantastic! Thank you, Dr. James!

After 65 years on this planet it was well past time to get my first eye exam. I researched optometrists nearby and found Dr James - who had excellent reviews, so I booked an appointment. I'm so glad I did. Her staff was very warm and professional and Dr James herself made me feel absolutely relaxed and comfortable. This being my very first optometry visit I had many questions to ask and the doctor patiently addressed all my concerns and clearly explained what was to take place during the examination. The exam itself was extensive and eye-opening (sorry). Dr. James has cutting edge diagnostic equipment, which are fascinating in themselves... never did I feel any discomfort during the exam. She also made a point to ask in detail how I go about a typical day so she could accurately determine which prescription would work best for me. I must say my visit with Dr James was first-rate overall and I walked away from the office feeling much more knowledgable about my eye health and that I'd been well taken care of by Dr James and her staff. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Luna Optometry. Dr James thoroughly and very patiently examined my eyes, checked my vision and explained the contact lens process and ordered different types of contacts as I have very high astigmatism and was not comfortable with some pairs. The staff are super friendly and kind where everyone try to make sure that you are comfortable with your vision.

Dr. Emily James is wonderful! I went in to get new glasses and she was so helpful with informing me about lens options. They have a great selection of frames and helped me to find the perfect ones. The best part was that Dr. Emily was able to cut the lenses for my prescription at her office for same day pickup! I didn't know that was even possible! The store is beautiful and inviting. I'll be back to get some sunglasses soon!

In the past I went to a big, well known EYE center. I wasn't 100% satisfied with my vison but I thought, well...I guess this is as good as it gets....until I met Dr. Emily! She is extremely eye educated and very personable. Dr. Emily changed my prescription so I now have amazing up close and distance vision. She gave me the options to stay with the same vendor contact or choose another, fully knowing her recommendation was best, she let it be my decision. AND her front desk professionals looked up my insurance and informed me of a $200. credit per year that I didn't even know I had! (no one at the other eye center bothered to help me with my insurance). I cannot say enough good things about Luna Optometry. Give them a try...you will NOT be disappointed, in fact you will be amazed!

Dr Emily Jones is very knowledgeable. I Had a very detailed exam at her practice. Her team is fantastic, with great selection of high quality frames. My new glasses were ready with fast turn around time. I highly recommend her!
