Phenomenal experience with Dr. Raja and entire team, and Excellent optometrist. Fantastic customer service and experts in Meta glasses. They deserve 20 stars. My vision has never been clearer.

I had a really great experience at Beyond Vision Center. I came in close to closing time and Sam went out of her way to adjust and fix my glasses without making me feel rushed at all. She was patient, kind, and genuinely happy to help. Everyone in the office was welcoming, and we even ended up having some really nice conversations while they worked on my frames. Customer service like that is hard to find. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Beyond Vision Center Optometry in Carlsbad. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. The exam process was smooth, and they use state-of-the-art optometry equipment, which made everything feel thorough and modern. I was also impressed with how quickly I received my new prescription contacts and glasses. Highly recommend for anyone looking for excellent eye care and service.

This is my 3rd year with Beyond Vision Center in Carlsbad, and I'm pleased to say that each time has been better. Very kind and dedicated team, state of the art equipment, a very thorough check up and great service and options for frames and lenses. All in all, highly recommend this office!

[Update] In response to the owner's comments: Thank you for taking the time to respond. Unfortunately, the experience I received did not reflect the standard practice. To be specific, I was only told the final copay amount, a mention of a one-year warranty, and given a paper with handwritten numbers in a format that only the person who wrote it could easily interpret. The optician did not explain any of the charges or terms to me, so I had to request a walkthrough of the breakdown. She did not provide one and instead appeared impatient, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I don't think it should be considered unusual or burdensome for customers--who are not optical experts--to ask for explanations of abbreviations, add-ons we are paying for. Regarding the phone call, I had to contact the office twice because I never received my prescription after my exam, even though I was told it would be (and should be) emailed to me on the day. I am traveling internationally soon and needed the prescription to use my benefits this year, so the 3 days of delay in receiving the prescription was stressful. I did not think the call to be an attempt to discuss the issue in this review, but I believe I explained my concerns clearly. If this really is the standard practice, then it evidently was not applied in my case. below is the original review: ----- I had a wonderful experience with the optometrist -- she was very kind, patient, and thorough. Beyond Vision Center in Carlsbad is on a whole different level. I've been to Beyond Vision Center three times now-my initial exam, contact lens fitting, and most recently my annual exam-and every single visit has been nothing short of amazing. This place seriously sets the standard for what an eye care experience should feel like. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel taken care of. They're kind, professional, and you can tell they actually know their stuff. But I have to give a huge shoutout to Olivia up front. She's an absolute rockstar-extreamly knowledgable, super kind, and always on top of everything. She broke down every step of my exams, walked me through the process of getting glasses, and made insurance, billing, copays, and final prcing easy to understand. No confusion, no surpirses- just clear and honest info. You don't get that everywhere, and it makes a HUGE difference. Dr. Turrill deserves recognition too. She's incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely kin, and she made every exam comfortable and easygoing. She explains everything clearly, answers questions without rushing, and makes sure you leave feeling confident about your eye health. It's rare to find a doctor who blends enterprise with that level of care. Overall, my experiences at Beyond Vision Center have been top-tier, start to finish. It's the kind of place you actually look forward to coming back to. I'll definitely be continuing my eye care with them for the long run.
