Eyebright Optometry

My family and I really enjoyed our experience at Eyebright Optometry. The staff is really kind and professional. The team there is quick to respond by text and email. Dr. Nguyen has been one of the best optometrist I've had. She takes time to explain the results of your exam and answers any questions you may have. I have never had the actual optometrist sit down and help teach me how to put in my contacts. Dr. Nguyen sat down with me and provided helpful insight on how to put in my contacts. I was able to learn pretty quick with her help. I appreciate the attention and care she places on each of my family members at their appointments. My two-year old had his first eye exam with Dr. Nguyen. I was really nervous and had anxiety but she and her team made the experience seamless. They were so good with my two-year old. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Mai and Dr. Nguyen are the best optometrists. All the questions I had were answered very thoroughly which helped me understand everything I needed to know about my eyes. The staff is very friendly and provided a great customer service as well as being very helpful with my glasses. The office is very clean and organized and they have a great varity of frames and plenty to choose from.

I have been a client of Eyebright for many years now and am extremely satisfied with their service. They went above and beyond in making sure I got what I needed: from insurance problems to helping with picking out frames.

I highly recommend Eyebright Optometry to anyone looking for eye care. All of the staff are super nice, and always make me feel welcome. Shout out especially to their receptionist (I think her name is Sharon but I have a poor memory) she personally reached out to the rep to make sure I got the proper amount for my rebate when I ordered contacts when I was struggling to figure it out on my own. Again, I highly recommend this place to all :)

I went for a yearly routine check up on 01/11/25. I went to Eyebright due to LensCrafters giving me the wrong eye prescription. I had picked up new prescription eyeglasses from LensCrafters on Dec 2024 and after wearing it for two weeks, I can truly say that it was the wrong prescriptions as it had made my vision more blurry and it was worse than my prescription previous eyeglasses. The receptionist (I apologize for forgetting her name) at Eyebright was very kind and pleasant. Then I went to get checked by Dr. Mai. It was my first time to be under the care of Dr. Mai and she was very thorough, did not rush me at all, and handled my eye issue with care and compassion. Then after one of their staff Roger, who is also kind and swift helped me finalize my new glasses. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are amazing! Despite the restrictions necessitated by COVID-19, everyone at Eyebright Optometry was ready and happy to care for all their patients. They have gone above and beyond in their precautions to ensure the safety of their patients and community in the face of the pandemic. Despite the pandemic and the subsequent restrictions, Dr. Nguyen and her staff are extremely personable and welcoming. Dr. Nguyen is the most professional optometrist I've ever visited, taking care to go over answers to questions I've never thought to ask myself. In spite of the face masks and social distancing, the exam itself was a comfortable experience and I never felt rushed once. It's apparent from the way she meticulously cleans the exam equipment and her comprehensive explanations of vision and eye health that she truly cares for her patients. Eyebright also has an incredible selection of frames, ranging from the ever popular Ray Ban to indie brands like State Optical, which are actually made in the USA. They even carry luxury brands, like Tom Ford and Gucci. The staff was very knowledgeable about which lens options best suited my needs and lifestyle. They also gave honest opinions on which frames looked best on me, even guiding me away from bad choices. I have been seeing optometrists and wearing glasses my entire life, and I loved my experience with Eyebright Optometry. At the end of day, I updated my prescription and made sure my vision and eyes were healthy, BUT I really felt as though I was taken care of by Dr. Nguyen and the staff at Eyebright.

Dr. Nguyen and her crew are the best! I've been going to Eyebright for a couple years and been very happy, but I recently brought my 5 year old daughter for her first eye exam and it was such a nice experience. My daughter tends to admire doctors, nurses, and dentists, anyway, but these guys took it to a whole new level. She's been raving about the eye doctor all weekend. She was so disappointed that she didn't need glasses this time, but can't wait for next year's appointment.

This was such an awesome experience, I moved here from Texas a yr ago so during Covid-19 it's been a little hard to find our family medical team. I feel like this place is it for us. I love how informative the Dr. N the optometrist was and she wasn't pushy. When it came time to look at glasses they helped me pick something I'd love. Also gave me the space to decide how I needed to. Everyone in the office is Friendly and professional I'd highly recommend this team. Our family of 6 loves it
