Primary Eyecare Optometrics

Staff was very friendly. From making the appointment, to the actual appointment. The electronic system for completing paperwork before you arrive (optional), was user friendly. I arrived a little early and still my wait time was very short. They have a beautiful large fish tank that is amazingly clean and calming to watch. I was having a high anxiety day and I was so grateful for that fish tank lol. The technician was very kind and professional. I met with Dr Dea. It was my first time at this office and seeing this doctor. He was very patient in listening to all of my information and concerns. He addressed all of them and triple checked my issues to make sure I was comfortable with the result. He explained everything (in layman's terms that I could understand) and confirmed that I fully understood the information, asking if I had any questions or concerns. Great bedside manner. I didn't look at their eye glass selection as I opted not to get new frames. The DR made sure I was comfortable saying no to new frames if I did not want to purchase any. So that was not uncomfortable at all. There was no pressure from anyone. The office was clean, nice ambiance, well organized, large. Tech equipment was normal. Not too old but nothing over the top. Except they were able to take my current prescription and run it through a machine and tell exactly the prescription. I don't know if that's new technology or if my previous eye doctor did not have that technology. Idk I rarely leave reviews but I was looking forward to leaving one for this office. I would definitely highly recommend.

This review is for Dr. Drea. I'm a new patient and I didn't have a preference for who saw me but I feel fortunate that it was Dr. Drea. I've been wearing corrective lenses for the majority of my life but Dr. Drea explained things to me in ways that made since about my eyes, and he diagnosed that my current contact prescription was to strong! They also have a high tech machine that does retina scanning so no more eye dilation and it's worth the additional $40 in my opinion because it gives you a great image of your eye with great detail. The entire staff was very nice and helpful- shout out to Alondra! If you're looking for a new eye doctor I recommend Dr. Drea but I'm sure the other doctors are exceptional too!

I sat on my glasses the other night, and these great frameless bifocals were too fragile for me to straighten myself; I was afraid I might break them if I tried. I drove to Primary Eye Care, and I was almost immediately helped by an optician who did an absolutely perfect job of making my glasses look exactly like new.

My wife and I have had experience with the folks at Primary Eyecare Optometrics in the past with great outcomes. My stepdaughter is staying with us after suffering a stroke and she is in a tough spot, needing to be seen by an optometrist as soon as possible. She ended up seeing Dr. Marc Dea today, and while I didn't go into the exam room, my wife and stepdaughter both raved about how kind, thorough, and professional he was. I also want to mention how kind the staff at the front desk were, and in particular, a gal by the name of Jewel. Her name fits her, because she is indeed a Jewel. She was incredibly helpful about getting us an appointment, and once we were there, she treated us with such kindness and compassion. I can't say enough good things about these folks and we are deeply grateful to them.

Dr. Dea is great. So glad I found him. He is the best at tweaking my prescriptions for contacts and eyeglasses so I get the best vision possible. He is the best optometrist I've ever had in my 61 years of wearing corrective lenses. The office staff is very well trained too and always pleasant to work with.

I'm very pleased with the expertise and the care received by the team at Primary Eye Care. The doctors and all the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. State of the art equipment and services have put this office over the top compared with other offices.

Primary Eyecare Optometrics is wonderful. I just started going to this location and the staff are amazing. I would definitely recommend this location . They explained things very clearly and they don't try to upsell you on things you don't need . They give you the best advice for your needs.

My eye Doctor is very patient and listens to my needs. Picking up my new frames was a very nice experience, she helped me find glasses in my price range and ones that look good on me.
