I had my first appointment as a new patient for contacts and I have to say that it's hands down the best eye care center I've been to, everyone and all staff are super professional and friendly. You can tell that they care and they're great listeners, the process is fast and you don't wait that long for your appointment when you check in. The place smells nice and looks spotless and I'm so happy I chose to go to Reeve Woods Eye Center even though I wasn't looking at other options ha. Just literally the nicest staff and place I've ever been around and if you're thinking about going here? Just do it!

My optometrist retired before I could dial in my most recent RGP lens prescription. My situation is unique in that I have 3 different prescriptions for different needs so changing optometrists to accommodate what I need could have been a lengthy nightmare. The staff at Reeve Woods Eye Center were kind and understanding of my predicament and were able to negotiate a special price since I just had an eye exam 3 months ago and all I needed was a lower power lens. Dr. Amy Spanfelner, although never experiencing a case like mine before, listened to me, handled my request with grace and was able to get me what I needed that day. It took me 10 years to figure out the best combination of prescriptions and lenses (I wear RGP, Soft lens and glasses all with different powers) that work best for my lifestyle. I was dreading the day my optometrist retired. Dr. Amy Spanfelner and the staff as Reeve Woods, made this transition to a new optometrist as smooth as possible.
