I have been a patient of Dr. Liston since 2021 for some fairly serious eye issues. He is an excellent doctor and has given me the treatments I have needed. He's is also very personable with everyone including his employees. Great care. Great doctor.

Chico Eye Center is the place to go if you want nice, friendly staff and great Eye doctors Dr. Rocci and her student doctor are very informative, friendly and knowledgeable. I've been with Dr Rocci for years I highly recommend her. Her student dr is lucky to be learning under her instruction.

I have gone here for years, going back to their old location. While the newer building looks great the service has become really bad. My last two visits I have not even seen doctor Rocchi, but rather an intern...It is also super hard to schedule appointments with the random operators who book for them. Today I showed up for a 1030 appointment I set up over the phone two months ago and when I got here they said I have no appointment. This place has really gone down hill.

I had a horrible experience at this office. The front office staff was unfriendly and made some errors with no apologies. I was also not provided with the correct information regarding my insurance coverage when I initally called to set-up my appointment. They had made it sound like it would all be covered (besides my co-pay) but I paid more than if I were to have gone somewhere else and paid out-of-pocket.
The office is also poorly run. Basically, you do a little testing with someone and then go wait in the waiting room and then you go do a little more testing with someone else and are then asked to go back to the waiting room etc. I saw 4 different people. It was very strange. I was there for 3 hours and paid way more than I was initally quoted. Never going back.

Probably 15 years ago Dr. Gilbert performed my husband's surgery for cataracts and was very happy with his results. Now, when it was time for me to have Cataract surgery I requested Dr Gilbert and was very, very happy with the results. Today I was told I had perfect 2020 mono vision, which is really helpful when you own skincare and cosmetic studio.

I have been the first appointment for a doctor several times and I have always waited up to an hour to be seen. I just had a follow up short visit today and have yet to be seen. My appointment is at 745 am and its now almost 845 am and I have to be somewhere at 915. If you are a business and you make appointments especially the first one of the day it would behoove you to be on time to keep customers.

They had a "typo" in my prescription that caused me to order incorrect glasses. I have no idea how this is possible or why a check isn't in place. It wasn't off by a little either, we're talking negative vs positive numbers that are completely different.

An all around wonderful experience from beginning to end. I came in as an emergency new patient and was taken the same day. The service by all the staff was excellent and the attention to detail and thoroughness was great. Dr. Rocchi was very helpful in her examination and provided a full explanation of my condition and her treatment plan. Very very satisfied!
