My appointment was at 1130 but when they called to confirm they told me 11. I got there at 11 and didn't get called back until noon. I didn't get done with my exam until 1250. Then I had to wait to get a copy of my prescription. It took so long I had to skip picking glasses. Luckily the girl that started my exam was really friendly so that was nice. I should also add that a few days earlier when I called to confirm my appointment I was on hold for 22 minutes. If you have that much business maybe hire a few more people.

The staff are very efficient and helpful and always are working with me if I need a schedule change. The doctor is very thorough and goes out of his way as when I asked him about a found dogs damaged eyes, he took a few minutes to go over the info And make suggestions about what to do with his eyes. That's going the extra mile!

When talking with my PC Dr. She observed .what is called a floater in my eye . I was referred me to Robert Reeve's eye care. I got my apointment in lees than 2 weeks. Had a complete eye exam set up for my next visit (1 year check-up). Also picked out my frames for reading glasses was told it would be about a month when I cold expect a call to come in and pick them up. The call came in 15 days later went down to the office in ten min. I could see things I had been missing out on for years. Am total pleased with the staff and the srvice I recived made me feel like royalty. My home is real clean. I can follow instruction and thing work out the first time no more 11/4. When it was 1/4.
