I brought my friend to pick up his prescription glasses. They are located inside the Chico Marketplace.
We went there a couple weeks ago to fill his prescription. It is clean inside with alot of glasses to choose from.
RHONDA helped him both times and she is very pleasant and helpful! I like that she did not rush my friend and genuinely cared about getting him the right glasses for his face!
They are open 7 days a week which is very convenient for those that may not have alot of flexibility in their schedule.
Bonus is I can then go shopping inside the mall! Plenty of parking in front.
Thank you Rhonda for doing such a thorough job! Highly recommend!

I was a licensed Optician for 27 years, I've been wearing glasses for almost 60 years, I have an extremely difficult prescription to fill, and I'm picky. I wanted new lenses put into my existing safety frame and it took a couple of redo's to get the lenses as thin as I wanted but they nailed it. Had an issue with my glasses - went to Eyes of Chico to see if they could help (my normal eye glass store is out of the area).
What a wonderful experience.
Rhonda was welcoming, patient and kind. She went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. She was able to resolve my problem with my glasses, and we will be back when it is time to order new glasses. Just an over-all great experience.

Rude lady in the front. Hopefully fixed by the time others come here. Came in asking for a doctor since the front sign read " THE DOCTOR IS ALWAYS IN" proceeded to ask if I can get some legal paperwork signed, she immediately rudely replied "where'd you get this prescription" mind you it's a blank paper, I'm asking for a test. So she dismissed it all. I try to let her know I'm ok to pay for an exam as long as a Dr signs. She replies with there's no doctor here, we only sell glasses. At that point I'm just done. Then she asks if I want an appointment. Not with you. I'm kinda agreeing with the other reviews here now. The people at Stanton Optical are definitely better. I was only here cause I needed a Dr signature for a form and the ones at Stanton are live video doctors. Don't recommend this place. Go to Stanton.

They don't answer and go directly to voice mail with no message of who they are.i guess optician is out to lunch. That's odd nobody else there to assist. Edit 1week later, they got my glasses wrong , not optician fault, but then she was to busy to give me status of glasses. She needs an assistant. Update she still doesn't answer 2 months later this place will fail.
