After being a patient for several years I had cataract surgery. After about 2 years I couldn't read street signs. I kept making appointments and Dr Arregui told me my eyes were dry. He kept having me come back in. After a second opinion that the surgery was a failure I started wearing glasses again. When I had my records transferred they didn't even ask why after over 10 years I was leaving. What a shame to be treated with so little care. There are other doctors in town who are more honest. Go somewhere else.
