I had an appt yesterday. It was with the new dr. Dr Hastings. The tech who did my initial eye exam was great! She explained everything clearly as she did the exam. After I met Dr Hastings for the first time. I was very impressed with his patient care! After he said he wanted some pics of my eyes. That he would call me with any problems. I was shocked that he called me that evening! Best Dr I have seen yet! Thank you! This is how Doctors should be!

This was an absolutely chaotic experience. I would recommend avoiding this place if you don't want to deal with unnecessary frustration. I have been a customer here a few times and recently came in for an eye exam and a contact lens prescription. 1. After seeing the optometrist, I was sent to the optical shop to pick up my prescription, but they only gave me the glasses prescription. This caused major confusion when I tried to order contact lenses online. When I returned to the eye center, I was told by the optical shop that I needed to try the new fitting before they could release my contact lens prescription, but they didn't have it ready, so I was asked to come back another day. Later that same day, I received a call saying there had been a mistake and that I could pick up the prescription anytime. I ended up making three trips in total. The lack of professionalism and understanding of their job caused significant time loss for the customers is unacceptable. 2. Even after insurance, the cost of getting a contact lens prescription was higher than simply going to Costco's optical department and paying out of pocket. 3. I called to settle my bill and was placed on hold for nearly half hour. Reeve Woods used to be a great place and now it's mismanaged, and they have lost a loyal customer. I would strongly recommend anyone who's reading this to look elsewhere.

Super friendly, professional, we were in and out within an hour of our appointment. I can't understand why they have such bad reviews. The front desk lady was super friendly and I could hear the other ladies at the desk being friend to everyone else. This place is amazing! 10 our of 10. They took very good care of my son.

Everyone was super nice except the receptionist.. short lady .. since I walked in she looked like she was not happy to be there (and that's that I couldn't really see but I saw her) she was rude. Idk if she was Mexican but yeah not someone we should see as we walk in.. I was kinda afraid for my appointment thanks to her.. but nope everyone else super nice

I've been going to Reeve Woods Eye Center for two years. Both doctors are funny and friendly. The staff is professional and helpful, but human. They don't try to force care that you do not want, but do provide you information to support your knowledge. Emiliano, in Optical, is most conscientious, and a very effective communicator.

The office staff need alot of work. They made me wait long wait and when I did get in I was told there was a problem with my insurance so I had to solve the problem myself and return. Day of surgery they said my ride was not going to work because my surgery was scheduled till 435 and my ride had to leave at 430. Because of 5 minutes the cancelled my surgery. Dr was nice but if your unable to see him what good is it. I never got my surgery. So disappointed.

I had an appointment this morning with Dr. Woods. He performed my cataract surgery a couple of years or more ago. After waiting to see him for an hour I inquired at the desk. I had been told there were two people in front of me. Now she says there are five and my wait time will be an hour and a half to 2 hours. Then she walked me to the front where I spoke with the manager. She confirmed that this kind of wait time (at least an hour to an hour and a half) is what to expect. I can't imagine why the office would schedule that way and expect their patients to wait that long. I left feeling very disappointed since I like Dr. Woods and have no concern about the procedures he has performed on me. I won't be going back.

Been going here for a few years, last year my eye doctor retired and since then I feel uncomfortable coming here.. usually for a yearly check up, I'll be seen by the assistant per usual. She has me take contacts out before seeing the eye docter. Once I'm seen by her, she never has me put any contacts back in. Like at alll.. not even at the end of the visit. So I'm confused on what the " contact fitting fee" goes towards because I'm blind half the visit, they didn't have me put my contacts in at all. I Which I've been seeing eye docters for 12 plus years and this is the second time this place has done this. I even questioned the receptionist what the contact fitting fee is because they haven't even check how the lense fits in my eyes for the past two visits. I had to ask the lady checking me out where the glasses are where I could put my contacts back in lol cause I couldn't see.
