I got two pairs of glasses and an exam for $79. You just need to ask to remove all of the up charges like blue light filters and higher end lenses, A'lora was very helpful with that (and very patient with me lol). The glasses turned out nice but I found that the prescription in the right eye was a little off, but another kind woman with cool haircut (I forgot her name) got me a recheck the next day! Brittney helped find me a better suited lens for my right eye and they are remaking the glasses for me! Despite the initial discrepancy this place is true to their ads and has great employees!

This store has PHENOMENAL customer service! A'Lora is not only extremely welcoming and friendly upon entering the store, she also has a beautiful EYE (pun intended) for fashion and is extremely knowledgeable on eye health! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a jiffy, I was very happy with my purchase. I am a returning customer (I purchased a pair of single vision lenses in lovely frames previously), and I finally was fed up with my nonprescription $12 sunglasses from Target that my dog had chewed up--it was time for an upgrade. I was hesitant, but thanks to A'Lora's extremely welcoming nature, I was able to find the best pair of sunglasses for my face shape and style while also successfully staying within my budget. Thank you SO much, and shout out to Ellery for your input as well--I was stuck between two frames and the two of them did a great job helping me reason my way through the decision. Thanks for everything!

I went into the Chico CA, store today expecting to pay alot to replace the frames of my glasses that broke lastnight, since my glasses were no longer under warranty. Stanton Optical is the only place I will ever go again for my eye exams, glasses , and contacts . My first visit was almost one year ago. I had the best experience , and left feeling very satisfied.
Yesterday I returned for a contact lens exam. I love my glasses , but definitely would love the option to go without glasses.
I made an appointment for 4 pm , but got off work early ( 5 hours early ) I drove to the Chico Stanton Optical , and was pleasantly greeted.
Everyone was amazing, and they fit me right in. I have to say Brittany was absolutely AMAZING ! She is professional , as well as very personable . She went above and beyond to make sure everything went seamless . She is a breath of fresh air . I left feeling excited to get my contacts. I get to see Brittany again in a few days , and I am looking forward to it .

I got my glasses there a couple of years ago so I wanted to get a new pair but I was told "sorry but we can't help you because you are over 80 years old now" so I would never tell anyone to go there now and yes I found someone better and treated me with respect !!!!!
