Yeah the drs are good, but they dont respect anyone's time. Our appt was at 830am we arrived early at 815am to avoid delays and its now 10am and were still in waiting area waiting to be seen.

Went for my yearly eye check up and found I had detected Reyna. Was referred to Dr Castillejos office right away. She had done emergency surgery. Didn't take so had to do outpatient surgery at hospital.
Dr. Castillejos is so kind and concerned about my post op surgery and I am so grateful she was able to squeeze me in so fast.
My eye sight has been restored and still under her care.

Medically, I would say they do their job well. However, they are disrespectful of patients' time and schedules. For example, my mother (in her early 80s) has to wait over 2 hours past her appt time to be seen. That is extremely unreasonable. Would it be acceptable for her to go in 2 hours late? I rhi k they take the Hispanic community for granted.
