A challenging staff to work with. A complete non customer service attitude. It feels as if they have no concern for the customer. The optometrist is good but the staff is terrible. I realize their busy but that is no excuse. I have been a customer for 3 years. It takes months to book an appointment. So I booked an appointment for October 3 in July for my son and I for back-to-back appointments. On October 1 we received a confirmation call that only one of us is scheduled. A total office mistake. No offer to resolve but to reschedule for December 19. Are you kidding me!. The appointments were confirmed previously. It's obvious they do not care to assist or correct their error. A poor attitude. They have no consideration for your time as a customer or family. You should also be aware of their high pricing on frames and contacts. A complete disappointment in every way as a customer. No accountability for their errors or ability to resolve reasonably. No apparent manager to help or willingness for the staff to put you in touch with. Pay attention and be concerned about Clear Vsion Optometry staff and their work for your behalf.

This review is based on my first and only visit to this office. The the doctor was great. She was thorough, friendly, and good at her job. My home is almost an hour away from that location and if i based my experience on the quality of care I recieved from that doctor, I would probably make the trip again. HOWEVER, the experience with the woman who is supposed to help to choose your frames, options for lenses etc., was very unfriendly, and she provided very minimal information, (if any). Even when I asked important questions regarding the functionality (like options for transition lenses or sunglass attachments etc) for my Macular Degeneratation eye health, her answers were short and Kurt. In this very short period, she made me feel like I was taking up her time and wasn't worth the trouble. Even trying to take a moment to choose the frames seemed to annoy her. There was no one else waiting for her after me. These are glasses that I will be wearing and relying on for the next two years. I don't know what may be going on in her personal life or if she was just having a bad day, but she greatly needs to learn people skills or get another job somewhere in solitude. I have never had such unfriendly treatment by anyone that does what she does. They are usually very friendly and helpful. This was my first visit with this office and do to that experience, even though I did like the doctor, I will not be returning. I am supposed to recieve my glasses in the mail in two weeks. If they need adjustments, I guess I will just have to pay out of pocket and get that help elsewhere. I have a very meager income, but I will not make that drive just to subject myself to that treatment again. I am giving two stars instead of one only because the doctor was good, the woman at the front desk was nice enough, and the woman who took me back to check me in was indifferent but nothing to comment on either way. I wish I could have given a higher rating for the doctor, but sadly, i don't want the over all rating to reflect falsely, how awful the rest of that experience was. It doesn't even deserve one star.

The optometrist and other staff were great to work with and the the clinic has a nice selection of frames. However, the size of my head requires slightly extra long temple pieces (145 - 155 mm range). They only had one set of such frames in stock, and which we're suitable for me, but not the ones I wanted.

If I could leave a one star review I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The level of unprofessionalism shown by the receptionists here is unbelievable. I was in contact with this office about multiple times attempting to simply receive a copy of my contact prescription but the customer service of the receptionists is unbelievably awful as they have made it an impossible task and have me jumping through hoops so receive what I paid for. First I was told that I would receive an email which I never received for a couple of weeks, so I tried to get an outside party to request the copy but they were denied, then I called the next day and was told that my eye doctor had already left the office and that I needed to have her approval on some information so was told to call the following day, I called the next day and was told I needed to call back at 2:00 then 1:30 (which made me suspicious so I asked if that time was correct as the automated message stated the office was closed for lunch break between 1:00 to 2:00, but the woman on the line reassured me that only half the staff left during that time period, while the other stayed to answer phone calls), so I called at 1:30 but like I had first assumed...no one was in the office so I called at 2:00 but to my absolute disbelief was put on hold to then be quickly hung up on, I called again and this time, I assume, the receptionist refused to speak to me. They eventually sent me the prescription for glasses which I made clear was not what I was asking for multiple times and have since stopped responding. All reviews on their poor service ring true, please save your money and time.

very bad service, closed to serving the customer who paid them for very expensive glasses, I took time from my job to go out and pick up my glasses and they didn't want to serve me because I didn't make an appointment to pick them up, whenever it takes a few minutes to do it, they said The technician was busy and I found her talking to the receptionist. She preferred to hide behind the reception desk rather than serve me. I will never go back to that place again. They give you better service at Costco.

The service was helpful and accommodating. I got in and out quickly in just 30 minutes. Just be careful pulling into the lot as there's a low dip in the ground going in. I was offered $75 off their nice frames but the price was too high for me at $150-190, personally. I suggest inquiring about the quality of the frames and options you have for lenses as well.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The first time they never placed our order. The second time, the glasses came back broken, and they had to reorder our glasses! They require an appointment to pick up glasses, which is ridiculous! The staff seems very disorganized, and not very helpful. Everytime I have been there, staff are running around like chickens without a head. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!
