Spoke to David he said he is the manager at the Optical maybe it's time for Costco to re-evaluate what goes on in there store!
They had placed a replacement order and then they canceled my order.
My previous contacts came defective, 2 pairs and
Because my prescription had just expired they said they can't order it anymore so this whole time I was waiting for nothing and not even a phone call to let me know!
what about my 2 pairs that came defective??? they aren't cheap! As a customer all we can do is let you guys know AND I BROUGHT THE CONTACTS IN TO SHOW YOU GUYS!

This eye doctor was very professional, caring and knowledgeable.
I was in to get bifocals, (I had tried the progressive lenses at another place twice!! and was unable to get used to them) The eye doctor at Costco told me to give it another try, I trusted him and I am soooo happy I did! (apparently the other place I went to just messed it up) I love my progressive lenses and thank the Doctor for taking care of me so well!

We went to get an eye exam because my father in law lost his glasses and we encountered the most unprofessional, preachy and pretentious optometrist in the world. He began to berate and lecture the whole family for one person not having glasses. He, then, went on to speak to us in condescence until, in protest, we left.

This eye doctor is very unprofessional, rude and has no people skills whatsoever!!! If you want a lecture of why you have problems with your vision, this the perfect place to go. If you have an emergency or need help with your vision in general, do not...I repeat, do not come here! EVER!!!... Ohhh! specially during lunch time, you'll never hear the end of it!
