Was here a few times now driving my mother to her appointments. They do get busy and often it took us over 2 hours sometimes 3 hours waiting then being called and more waiting in between. Staff are nice though and doctor Castillejos is very nice, he's always smiling and takes time to greet family members accompanying patients, with a hand shake. Not all doctors do that. Parking isn't a problem too.

Dr Castillejo and his entire staff is wonderful. I recently had cataract surgery which I'm happy to say worked out perfectly for both eyes I especially enjoyed working with his workers as they were always helpful and kind and caring. Recently, I was graced with working with Ariana. She helped make everything easy and understandable. She is an example of everyone at this office. Thank you

I truly had high expectations for this optical office , it is very conveniently located, parking is ample, the front desk staff is very friendly and they give you appointments fairly quickly, however this does not make up for the wait times to be called in for your scheduled appointment, to arrive for eye exam and wait for over 3 hours is non acceptable, this happened to me twice, once for my self and I gave them another chance for my son.
I will never return to this establishment, inside lots of upset patients for the time of wait , the place could use renovations, looks old inside. If you have time to spare this might be for you. As for me not the case.

Dr.David Castillejos attend his patients with excellent services. I 'm happy with his service he explains step by step how i need to take care of myself. His suggestions benefit my life experience. Also I can say it with lots of love but i appreciate the attention of his team work. They treat you with respect just like a normal human bean. I had an excellent experience at Castillejos Eye Institute. I would like to thank Dr David Castillejos and his staff for restoring my eyesight. My vision went from 20/400 to 20/25! I'm back to playing tennis and basketball with my kids with renewed quality of life. They have a clean, modern and busy office with a friendly staff. During my 5 pre and post op appointments, I never considered the wait excessive. I got the impression that helping their patients with compassion is an important priority.
