My optometrist recommended that I see a specialist for my eyes, and was referred here. The office is clean and well kept. Parking is easy. Staff is nice and helpful. The wait for the doctor was a bit long (about 30 minutes) but the doctors seem to know their stuff, and have a high level of care with great patient empathy. There were many patients in and out, and I had a good experience. I would recommend this place.

She has a 5 rating and now we can see why.
The assistant was also very professional. The receptionist did everything she could to schedule our next appointment at a time and date we needed. No complaints

Wish I could give the front office staff 0 stars. They are soo rude and if you are not Spanish, you are not greeted at all. Very sad that they do not realize, if we were not here, they would not be working.

I was so amazed I could get a next day appointment when I called the Eye Institute of California. This unheard of! My eye exam with the staff and Dr Sullivan was exceptional and quite relieved my problem could be taken care of with medications. Thank you so much Eye Institute of California.
