As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed. It's a very nice and clean place. The workers were also really nice and acknowledged you. Dr. K was so helpful and easy going. She made you feel very comfortable and she was funny. I love this place after my 1st visit. I can't wait to come back next year!

My first time going to an Eye Clinic, and since I stepped in I felt welcome and acknowledged. Starting withJulie at the front desk who was very nice and attentive, then Dr. K was amazing!! I was nervous so she helped me relax and made everything so much easier, and she really looked into every detail to make sure my eyes are healthy, and last, but definitely not least, Amanda assisting me with fitting my glasses, and trying to help me for everything to adjust to my budget and taking care of my concerns. Very satisfied with everything and everyone.

Billing department I tried to explain that my insurance they resumit the claims because they did it wrong . So I tell her they releasing the money. And she wants to over charge me. First time in 6 years that happened to me.

I was fitted for and ordered my Ray-Bans from this wonderful business. I was a walk-in and yet I was being examined by "Dr K" within an hour. She is delightful. Mydai, Selena, Julie, were all very patient with all my questions. And it was also Veronica whom fitted me and patiently heard all my questions and concerns for an hour or so. I had to go back after a couple of weeks because the prescription needed to be tailored to how I use them. There was nothing wrong but I wanted the corrective lens to sit a bit higher. They had them adjusted and returned to me within a week. This was my first time with prescription glasses and I know I'm in good hands with Dr K and her staff!

The only reason I keep coming here for many years is because of Dr. K. She's the best. Julie in the front desk is an Angel. The Hispanic lady in the boutique is also an angel. My two star review is because everyone else in that clinic should be fired. Rude arrogant staff who don't know how to talk to patients and acting like they own that eye clinic. So if you call and have a question, just ask for Julie. She's the nicest human being there.

I recently had an eye exam completed here on third avenue. This was my very first experience at an eye doctor, having an eye exam, trying contacts and buying glasses. I am not happy with the service that I received here, and I would not come back. The doctor did a great job with the exam, and she was sweet, but everything related to back team service afterwards and before was not satisfactory. From the moment I called the location, the receptionist was rude and said "I don't know what that is" to my insurance. During my time there the front desk woman pointed at a random location and told me to wait, when I was not sure where to go being a new customer. I was confused after I had my exam when I would be receiving my glasses, and I asked the front desk, and she was not helpful at all. My plan was to get glasses certainly and look into if I were interested in contacts. Trying contacts for the very first time was a difficult experience for me I admit, but I feel like this should be a more common scenario for an eye physician center. Because of my first time trying contacts, the other woman helping me said that I had a learning curv. I am still not certain about what my prescription is for my eyes besides that one is worse than the other and that I need glasses. Thank you for your assistance, but this was not a good first experience.

I have had nothing but positive interactions with both the reception staff and medical staff. They've always been courteous and professional and very concerned with my issues. They got me in to see their retinal specialist the same day I came on an emergency visit. After some procedures , an operation, and follow ups, I've been pleased with their professionalism and care.

I had an outstanding experience at this practice. They were able to get me in with a next day appointment. I have a family history of pigmentary glaucoma which can become serious if left untreated. The whole staff was friendly and professional from the first phone call to check out. The front office staff was wonderful and correctly verified my insurance before booking the appointment (I had trouble with this at a different practice). The nurses, Lisette and Rosie, were amazing. They explained the process and made me feel totally at ease. They were very efficient, but I did not feel rushed along. Dr. Goldman was wonderful. She is down to earth, relatable, and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable asking questions and knew that I was receiving excellent care. She explained how we would monitor my vision from now on and helped me stay calm during the exam. She is the best specialist I've seen through Sharp, ever.
