The staff have great customer service. The doctors are very polite, they explain and go over everything. I've been going here for years. Me, my son, and my 2 daughters. I'm definitely happy with their services.

My first appt. was excellent. Good service, but where they make the glasses messed up big time. Had to go again for them to get it right. I paid for two sets of eyeglasses the second one supposed to change as I go out or indoors. But I only got the regular ones, which I already had one set. And I was told it was the last time they were going to make changes, as if it was my fault. The Doctor is great, but the front service needs more etiquette. They charged me $300 for the second set but I never got it. So make sure they don't do the same to you.

My 9 year old and I come here. Its our second or third time renewing our prescription. Staff is always friendly. Dr Huang is very nice and makes both my daughter and I feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Never rushes us and genuinely encourages questions or concerns.

Such a bad experience here , first off I went here to get glasses through my medical and the lady told me the options I can choose from , I tried on glasses and she stayed there the whole time watching me try them on , then I choose a frame that I like and she assumed that I had already got a frame from another office and called my insurance and denied giving me glasses but filled out a whole form like she was going to give me the frames in a couple weeks. She lied and called my insurance for what ? I wouldn't recommend coming here at all .

Excellent service!! Lorena is so patient and caring. Dr. Nguyen is very nice and explains everything with detail. I recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to feel the pressure of sales people. This is truly a professional environment. We will definitely be back for our optometry needs.
