DO NOT GO HERE they wanted me to pay $39 for special technology to view my eyes. I said I can't pay this, they immediately offered to drop it down to $25. I said "no I'm here to get an eye exam covered by my insurance" she said then you'll have to be dilated with drops" leaving me blurry 6-7hrs. I asked if would i be able to drive after? She replied with a careless "maybe, maybe not" i said just cancel this. What a waste of my time and they should have discussed this with me prior. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE DILATED FOR A PRESCRIPTION APPOINTMENT they just make you feel you have no choice but to pay their $39 fee. Plus you show up alone, am i supposed to sit there for 6-7hrs? Plus the lady at the desk was very careless and ugly. She didn't care one bit that she sounded snappy in her responses. Disgusting!

BEWARE of this place at Terra Nova!!!! If I could give zero stars I would! I came here to purchase contacts some months ago and I took the eye exam only for me to wait 1 month for the prescription and my contacts. I kept requesting the results of my contact exam which they refused to give me after I had already paid. I used to live in SF and go to a different place for my eye exams and they would give me my prescription the day of and then ship my contacts later that same week, overall they were quick and efficient so there was no excuse for this place or any other place! This place is a HUGE RED FLAG!! I never had to deal with this kind of situation. When they contacted me to claim that my contacts were finally "ready" after 2 weeks, I had to take time off work to pick up since I received a text saying they were ready for me to pick up. I come in to find out they weren't ready at all! I waited for 45 min and to say they were scrambling like a bunch of chickens trying to figure out where my order was, was insane! Only to be told that no one placed the order in the first place. Such a waste of my time. Incompetent staff and super unprofessional! With good reason I was upset and asked why they didn't order my contacts and I had expected an apology for their incompetence but the old lady who works as a receptionist gave me attitude and excuses! She was super disrespectful! I was surprised by her unprofessionalism. In the end, I had to wait an additional 2 weeks for my contacts. Safe to say I will not come back to this place ever again. Please train your staff better!

I went here because they told me that they can put the prescription for my meta glasses. I waited patiently for 2 weeks to have them ready, but they call me after 2 weeks and said that their labatory could not. So I just told them to return my meta glasses and refund my money and again they told me to wait 2 weeks. 2 weeks pass by and still haven't received my money back. The lady said to wait another week and still haven't gotten my money back!!! So now I don't the prescription for my glasses that I wanted and still haven't received my money. A total of 5 weeks and these people can't do something simple and return my money back. Do not go here and recommend somewhere else that are more professional.

They just want to start off seeing if I can give Leticia a 10 stars I would she made sure I was happy she called to make sure my glasses were good. Don't know how much to thank her. She definitely made me happy. Highly recommend this place to anybody that needs glasses.

I took my kids ages 4 &6 for their very first eye exams. The exam was fantastic. The doctor was so sweet and wonderful with my girls. When we picked up our glasses our experience with the staff was not great. I felt like we were an inconvenience to them. Our glasses were handed to us and that was it. No adjustments or mirrors were offered. This was the first time they've ever worn glasses and got zero support. We weren't even acknowledged. We were never told to make appointments when picking up the glasses. So I guess the service ends after they are handed to us. Kind of sad really, other eye care places I've been to always offered basic service to me when getting my glasses. I made sure before leaving we tried them on, even asked politely if I could use one of the mirrors. Still no one in the office asked if we needed help or asked how they fit, nothing. Like I said I felt like we were an inconvenience to them. I wasn't going to leave a review, but thought maybe they should know so the next time kids come for the first time be nicer and offer the service of a mirror and adjustments.

The service by office staff here is terrible. I was charged for a service that was not rendered. This was after I was very clear with all 3 employees in the office that I did not want that particular service. Unfortunately, I did not notice the charge until after I left. I called the office and was told it would be about 2 weeks to receive a refund by check. Interestingly enough, the person I spoke with on the phone about the over charge did not seem surprised about it, nor did she apologize on behalf of the office. It's been about 6 weeks and have received no refund. This office has now lost 4 customers over something that could've been easily alleviated. I will also be following up with my insurance to make sure they are not being ripped off and charged for something that was not done.

This was THE WORST experience I've had with my little one. We were there at 10:30am and left around 2pm. They were "unsure" their words on if the prescription was accurate. I haven't picked up the glasses because my kid cannot tell me if the glasses work or don't work. If your child has a disability I would AVOID coming here. We went in December and no one has called to even say "hey we still have the frames order d for your kid". Do NOT go. I wish I could give 0 stars.

The staff is very rude and seem bothered to do their job. They have no patience with children and seem annoyed. I waited almost 2 months for contact lenses prescription for my son..I called a month in and they were behind so I called again a month later asking why is it taking 2 months. They informed me they called the wrong number... ridiculous. When I ordered the lens they told me it would be 100 for the exam and 40 for the training... but when I asked for a refund for the training that we never did because I no longer wanted to go through them(I don't want to wait 2 months everytime he needs more contacts), they changed it and said 140 was for the exam. Then when I said okay just give me the prescription she said she couldn't because it was never finalized. The manager Leticia would not help me even though it was their mistake. I asked for her supervisors info and she said she couldn't give it to me. Now I'm waiting to see if her boss "Herbert" will ever call me back. I will say the dr who did the was great!
