This location has been open since 2017, it's super clean, has a ton of frames to try on, and a wide online selection that they can order from. This was my wife's and my first visit. It all started with an online deal I found, followed by a phone call and then our appointment. I spoke with Rachelle both over the phone and in person, and she was fantastic--warm, attentive, and helpful without ever being pushy. She adapted to each of us effortlessly and made us feel like longtime customers even though it was our first time here.
Dr. Yarnell was also wonderful, sharing her expertise while genuinely listening to our needs. She took her time with each of us and showed real care throughout the exam.
