Corona Valley Optometry

I love this place! I first visited in February of this year because I had a very bad eye infection from sleeping in my contacts. NOT GOOD AND I know better! Anyway, Dr. Pi was patient, treated me and continued follow-up's until my eye was healed. The ladies at the front are welcoming and professional. Today, I went in for my annual eye exam and Dr. Pi was there again and he took the time to make sure I received and have the correct prescriptions for my contacts and glasses. Elizabeth, in the front offered suggestions for the best frames for my THICK lenses that were a little more appealing. I highly recommend them and make an appointment because they stay busy.

I've been going here for a few years now and every time I pay for an exam and prescription they never give me the signed paperwork. And I have to Call them and ask them for the prescriptions contacts and lenses that I paid for

Don't bother with this place. I went in for my appointment today at 12:45 It was 50 minutes late and I was still waiting. The Dr. Decided to take a previous patient. They never have available appointments and will never return your phone call. They just lost 4 clients today. My kids and I will look somewhere else. !!

I have been coming here since it opened. Not much has changed. They are very good at what they do. Eye exams are very professional and the Dr. takes her time with you. The only issue I have is that they take a long time to get contacts or glasses filled.

I am a commercial driver and as such am required to have a very thorough annual DOT exam. I put it of till the last minute and then found my self calling all over town for a last minute exam. I was lucky enough to find CORONA VALLEY OPTOMETRY. They got me in that very day. They were pleasant and extreamly professional. I will happily recommend them to all my friends and family.

I really like this place. The people that work here are so helpful, kind and patient. One of the ladies even helped me pick out my glasses. I honestly only went here because they were giving 40 percent off to people who pay out of pocket for glasses so I didnt expect much from them. But i absolutley was blown away by their customer service.

I GOT PINK EYE FROM THIS PLACE! WARNING: nice people that work here, however the morning after my eye exam, before I even looked in the mirror, I knew something was wrong with my eye and once I looked it was clear that I had pink eye. For 3 days.. missing work. Upon contacting the manager she completely denied any chance of me contracting the pink eye from this facility and I'm left aghast and still having to purchase my glasses from here, without any compensation or even condolences for what had happened. Instead flat out denial and a charge for glasses I so desperately need. *DON'T TRY ON THE FRAMES.

I never even set foot in the scam of a place and they tried to submit a claim in my name. When I contacted them they of course couldn't find any information. Had to have my insurance company cancel the claim before I could even get glasses. This place is shady as hell
