I made an appointment easily, all staff were kind, professional, efficient. The eye exam was thorough. My glasses came in quickly and I was called to come pick them up ,this when things changed. Although they are good,I was handed my glasses over the counter without being seated to ensure they fit correctly and I was satisfied . It's as if once you bought the glasses customer service just wasn't important. They are a good office and I hope this was a one time situation and not typical. Reason for 4 stars only

Terrible eyeglasses selection - no one wears glasses there and it shows also no prices on the frames so they can make money on the back end - get your eye exam and go someplace else for frames/ lenses etc
