Ordering contacts was a terrible experience from this store, from the person at the front desk all the way up to the manager, Jessica. They never sent a tracking number, a receipt or confirmation for my purchase and they were confused about the customer and the shipping provider. First it was USPS, then UPS. Took 2 weeks. I should have stuck with my online source who has much better customer service, delivers the contacts within 4 days and sends me a receipt and tracking for my order.

I had such a great experience at Four Eyes. I came in to get my sunglasses adjusted, and Raquel and Cindy at the front desk were absolutely amazing. Not only were they professional and welcoming, but they went above and beyond to make sure my sunglasses fit perfectly, and they did it completely free of charge. It's rare to find that kind of kindness and customer service these days. Thank you both for making my day, I'll definitely be coming back!
