I was disappointed to not see Dr.Hum on this visit as I usually do, even though it suggested otherwise on the confirmation. Visit was fine and checks all the boxes except any personalized treatment or explanations beyond the very minimum. ( I like explanations what can i say!) You are basically just shuffled through. Employees seemed kind of frustrated by any extra questions I had. Anyway, totally gets the job done, just nothing above that!

Each year that I have had Kathleen Hum, OD perform my eye exam, she has improved my eye sight!! She is a pleasure and very personable. She provides a very thorough exam and explains everything. Her staff is efficient and very friendly. As they checked me in and out, they worked as a team to expedite the dispensing of my lenses and explained the charges. The facility is equipped with the latest technology, which makes the exam very easy and comfortable. This year there was another change and I see better than ever. The receptionist went above and beyond to find and order me very specific polarized RayBan sunglasses!! I love that they give me discounts!!

My 18 year old said it was the most comprehensive eye exam he's had. He'd know. He has serious eyesight issues. Dr Hum explained everything and explained the new technology. The staff is wonderful. Thorough and kind. My 18 year old is gifted, trans, shy, and in the autism spectrum. They are also very tech and science oriented. I could tell they got comfortable fast.The lovely young woman who did the preliminary exam and Dr. Hum were impressive with my kid. It was as if they were trained to interact with autism. Knew all the right approaches! And were really genuinely friendly as they interacted with them. I was so impressed, both with the technical skill and the interpersonal skills!

I literally cried tears of joy when I left my appointment here. I've been going to a small shop optometrist for the last 5+ years and, like an idiot, I thought it would be better than going to LensCrafters, a chain store. I couldn't have been more wrong. My prescriptions were getting progressively worse over the years, as I was repeatedly (and unknowingly) mismeasured- and in one stop here I can see perfectly again. The equipment is brand-new and state of the art, basically making my prescription foolproof. The optometrist added to the experience, tailoring my prescription and my contact lenses to my specific needs and experiences. She also took time to explain my imaging; on a system that is generations better than what they use at my local shop. My old optometrist was well-meaning but this is your VISION! I am crazy for not coming here sooner!
