Be careful when you are ordering glasses with them, they offer you your glasses in 3 weeks, but after 5 weeks, I'm still waiting for my glasses!!!!

I've been wearing glasses for 30 years. I started coming here about 4 years ago. The clinician is great, the selection, location, and service are all top notch. I got help and my questions all answered. I never felt rushed or stressed. When you have a warranty claim, they honor it and make it easy. I love these guys.
I went back today after a couple years for an exam. I took off two stars instead of three because the staff at the front desk and showroom were great as usual and there remains the distinct possibility that Dr. Jamie might return from a sabbatical.
It was incredible how rude and condescending the clinician was with every single question I had. Horrible, and I left the visit feeling upset. Except for the follow up appointment I have, I will most certainly not come back to see Dr. Gina Day.
