Dr. Amy Chow has excellent communication skill. She explained all my concerns well in simple terms. Examination was detail, comfortable and thoroughness. The staff was also friendly and efficient.

I have always enjoyed coming to Dr. Amy Chow. She takes such wonderful care of our whole family. She is so knowledgeable about any problems that may arise. Her office staff is always very helpful and very pleasant. We always recommend Cupertino Family Eye Care to our friends.

Our family started our vision exams and glasses at CFECO with our children about 20 years ago. Now, it is still my favorite Optometry clinic for exam, contacts and glasses. Great communication, professional staff, and amazing fittings as my visions evolve over time. Location is super convenient, next to hub of interesting restaurants, dessert shops and grocery store. Highly recommended with no reservations!

Horrible experience. I'm on week 7 waiting for trial lenses after paying for the service. Dr. Kamalsky was great, but her team failed to place the 2 sets of contacts she requested for me. After waiting 5 weeks I finally got one set, and have been waiting 7 weeks for the second set to compare them to before placing a full year supply order. It's ridiculous that I've been without contacts and can't even compare the two prescriptions. I could easily order a set online but I wanted to use my insurance benefits. This practice has failed miserably to look after my vision and I won't be returning next year.

Dr. Chow and the office staff are professional, friendly, and attentive. There was an issue that involved a recent information system upgrade. If the provider unilaterally changes an appointment time, the provider should take every measure to ensure that the client agrees and is aware of the change. I received an incomplete (line dropped) phone call in which I didn't receive information about a time change. I did receive an email that asked for attendance confirmation, and I (incorrectly) assumed that the time had not changed. My mistake on the email, but in a busy world where attendance confirmations are standard procedures I expect more than standard procedures for a time change.

Very happy with them! The staff is so professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. The doctor is also great. And they have a tasteful selection of frames. Highly recommended.

Staff and doctors are friendly and very knowledgeable. I have been to several other optometrist throughout the years and all of them are focused on selling something. I was pleasantly surprised at Cupertino Family Eye Care, my optometrist took her time to provide a thorough examination and provided me with detailed explanation, I have never any optometrist provide this caliber of care. No pressure extremely friendly staff I never take the time to post reviews but because the service was so exceptional I felt compelled to post.
