Prime Care Optometry-Dr. John Bui

I truly appreciate the always kind and welcoming staff at this office. Every time I visit, they greet me with warmth and professionalism, which makes me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. They are patient, attentive, and always willing to answer any questions I may have. Their positive attitude and genuine care create a very pleasant experience. Dr. John Bui is especially wonderful. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and makes sure I fully understand my condition and treatment options. He never rushes the appointment and always listens carefully to my concerns. I truly feel that he cares about his patients and wants the best for them. His professionalism, knowledge, and kindness give me great confidence and peace of mind. I am very grateful for the excellent service and care I receive here. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for attentive staff and a knowledgeable, compassionate doctor.

Very nice clinic! Dr. Bui and his staff are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean and they have good equipments for the eye exam. I feel very safe, welcomed, and taken care of.

Would definitely recommend Dr. Bui! After moving closer to the South Bay, I was looking for a new optometrist and was recommended to Prime Care. I didn't feel rushed at all and Dr. Bui was very patient and thorough with my exam. I had some weird pain in one of my eyes, and Dr. Bui was able to help me fix it right away. Also, super nice staff that helped me order contacts and was super quick!

Disgusting office!! One of the exam rooms was dripping water on me ! When I sat down, the seat was wet. The room smelled like mildew too . I refuse to come back! This Dr. is incredibly negligent of the office's AND patient's wellbeing !

The best. Ortho-K is great and Dr Yu is well known for that. She also caught convergence insufficiency in our youngest child (something that is commonly misdiagnosed as dyslexia) and referred us to Dr Kageyama. Nearly a decade later and he is doing just fine. Prior to that, he'd been in special education. Of course, our whole family goes there and we've always had great experience!
