Clown tier, the doctor is nice and friendly but he apparently only shows up for two hours on Saturday mornings from 10am to noon. If you want an appointment at any other time, you're out of luck for making appointments. I guess working for 2 hours a week is great if you can find it. Why bother advertising that you're open until 5pm or that you're open 6 days a week or whatever if it's just a lie? They engage in what I would call fraud, double charging you for evaluations you already had, although that may be "standard practice" in the United States, I'm not sure. Very overpriced and slow for what they offer, but again that may be "standard practice" in the US and may just be the total nonsense you have to deal with from the "medical industry" here.

I got approved by Jordan @ cupertino office to put new lenses per the prescription I got from the doctor at the same office. Many months later I realized there is big dents on both side of my nose so I stop using it. I came here and he said to bring it back with the lense I was using before. It took long for me to find my older glasses and bring it to him to compre. But Jordan completely denys and started making fun of me and bad mouthing me in front of other customers as well.

Getting glasses here was a super fast experience. Jordan was super helpful and gave me several recommendations since I didn't have any thoughts on my mind for what I was looking for. I'm not super picky when it comes to glasses so we were able to decide within 10 minutes and I felt he gave a good recommendation. The turnaround time for the glasses was also quick, they were ready in just 3 days.

The optician, Jordan, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly addressed my questions and concerns too. After I received my glasses, he spent time to adjust my glasses until they fit perfectly on my head. None of my past opticians cared that much to make sure everything fits!

This is a great place. Highly efficient with very friendly staff. Jordan was extremely helpful and patient with me as I learned how to put on contact lenses. The optometrist was also nice and had completed my eye test in a timely and professional manner. Prices are also extremely competitive. I'll be recommending this place to my friends for sure.

I'd steer clear of this place. They lie about your coverage and don't tell you they are out of your network, they let you assume they are in-network and then you find out and you paid them more than if you'd gone to a in network dr. They also don't replace scratched lenses for
n/c..8 months after got them and they were coated to not scratch and they did. Do your homework and go to a in network dr...please!!!!

I don't recommend this place.
We got a new glass lenses from this place two years ago with my own frame. 1) The Optical is not professional. She asked so many personal questions and made me uncomfortable. 2) The lenses was picked up pretty quickly, but it's not comfortable for me since then.
I decided to switch another lenses at a different optical this time.

* Staff are very friendly and have lot of patience with showing frame and going over things.
* Dr onsite is very friendly and good with kids.
Not so Good:
* Tricking customers with add's of " Buy 1 get one free" -- And that does not apply if you are using insurance.
* Discounts that cannot be used if you use vision insurance.
*Frames cost is not printed and tagged, it keeps changing from visit to visit, I think they become expensive if you have insurance.
