Iris Bright Optometry, provider of Eyexam of CA

We were due for new glasses so we looked up a provider near us. This location showed up so we gave it a try. The staff were extremely helpful and very patient. My daughter is a teen so you know they are very picky. I think we were there for over 2 hours until she found the perfect frames with help from the staff. They checked for color variations on almost all the frames she chose. The staff doing the eye exam explained everything they were doing and what to expect during each step of the exam. During the lens selection process the staff helped tremendously by explaining the differences in the choices for the lenses and the add on coatings like anti glare and blue light filter. Overall we left with very happy choices and felt like the staff here helped us 100% through the process. We have gone to other optometrist and did not receive this level of attention. Would recommend this place to any and all my friends and family.

I came in for an eye exam and was greeted by a very nice lady that checked me in. My eye doctor was super nice and thorough in his exam. Franky then helped me measure and order my glasses. He was so nice and made the process a breeze! Thanks LensCrafters and Bright Optometry for a great visit!

Absolutely fantastic experience Frankie took care of my family and I. They were professional caring and honest. We weren't using our benefits to our full extent and they explained what we were able to do, didn't pressure us and waited patiently while we picked our frames and gave amazing feedback. It was busy when we walked in for our appointment but were met immediately checked in quick and the doctor and associates were fantastic. Frankie is 100% the reason we are coming back to this location

Beware when going to Iris Bright Optometry inside Lenscrafters at Parkway Plaza. I went in for a checkup visit and a new prescription in early October. After wearing my new glasses for 4 days, my eyes started to feel strained all day and I was experiencing headaches. I went in for a follow up with the optometrist and received a new prescription. After wearing the second new set of glasses, I experienced the straining and headaches again. I called and was asked to make an appointment for another follow up visit with the optometrist a couple of days later. When I arrived for that visit, I was told that the optometrist would not be seeing me and that he would not be giving me another prescription. It would have been nice to know this before I arrived for that visit instead of being surprised by this news when I arrived. I'm not sure what the reasoning or thinking was here, but I certainly did not feel like I was a valued and respected patient and customer. I received a full refund for the glasses I had purchased from Lenscrafters. When I asked for a refund for the $54 co-pay for the optometrist visit, I was told that I would have to speak with the manager of the Lenscrafters location and was told that he would be giving me a call. Nearly a week later, I still have not heard from the manager. I am now left with a prescription that is no good and will have to pay the full price out of pocket for a visit with another optometrist somewhere else. I have been wearing glasses for 30 years and have visited optometrists and purchased glasses through Lenscrafters many, many times (when my insurance has allowed it). In all of that time, I have never experienced anything remotely like this. This has been a truly disappointing experience. I will never do business with this Lenscrafters location again and am considering not visiting any other Lenscrafters location in the future. UPDATE (11/14): The manager called after I posted the initial review. He offered to have me come in for another visit. I told him that I really had no interest in going back to the location and that I really just wanted the refund for the optometrist visit. He said the optometrist would not agree to that. So that's that. A disappointing end to a disappointing experience.

Knowledgeable, professional and helpful staff. Very modern and clean office and state of the art technology used to help me find my new AI prescription glasses. Easy to get insurance to cover the bulk of the price too! Highly recommended!

I've been going to their optometrist for several years. The customer service is on point and their selection of glasses is trendy yet budget friendly. Kudos to the Iris Bright Optometry team.
