I came here for some new glasses. Laura was very helpful and helped me find the perfect pair. She then explained everything about my insurance and showed me some lenses that are much better than my old pair. I love my new glasses.

LensCrafters made the whole glasses-buying process easy and stress-free. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to help me choose the right frames and lenses for my needs. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend this location. And Amenah was the best!!!

I forgot the girls name, but she was awesome. She had the same kind of glasses that I was gonna buy and she explained them all to me. She was very very nice and showed me all the features and everything but an excellent employee. I run a company with 871 employees and one of the people there showed me his glasses that he got from LensCrafters. They were awesome so I wanted the same same pair well in saying this, I went down there to get the pair at least look at them and by the time she got done telling me about them I was buying them and so I'm gonna pick them up next week. It's really awesome. Awesome. She works in the El Cajon store and please thank her for me. I'll probably see her again next week.

drove all the way from El Centro to this location on February 10 for my 11:00 AM appointment. Before making the trip, I specifically asked the receptionist over the phone for an estimate to replace my lenses. She checked my file and quoted me $45. I even repeated the question to confirm because my lenses include anti-glare and sun protection. She reviewed it again and confirmed the same price. However, once I arrived in person, the attitude completely changed. The receptionist seemed irritated when I mentioned the price I had been told, and suddenly the new quote became $235. This felt very misleading -- like the low price was only given to get me to drive out there and show up. Wasting a customer's time and gas with inaccurate information is extremely unprofessional. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning.

This was a short and sweet experience. I received great help and purchased my glasses. I had my exam elsewhere but am very happy with the eyeglasses I chose. The young lady who helped me was pleasant and encouraging.

Beware when going to Iris Bright Optometry inside Lenscrafters at Parkway Plaza. I went in for a checkup visit and a new prescription in early October. After wearing my new glasses for 4 days, my eyes started to feel strained all day and I was experiencing headaches. I went in for a follow up with the optometrist and received a new prescription. After wearing the second new set of glasses, I experienced the straining and headaches again. I called and was asked to make an appointment for another follow up visit with the optometrist a couple of days later. When I arrived for that visit, I was told that the optometrist would not be seeing me and that he would not be giving me another prescription. It would have been nice to know this before I arrived for that visit instead of being surprised by this news when I arrived. I'm not sure what the reasoning or thinking was here, but I certainly did not feel like I was a valued and respected patient and customer. I received a full refund for the glasses I had purchased from Lenscrafters. When I asked for a refund for the $54 co-pay for the optometrist visit, I was told that I would have to speak with the manager of the Lenscrafters location and was told that he would be giving me a call. Nearly a week later, I still have not heard from the manager. I am now left with a prescription that is no good and will have to pay the full price out of pocket for a visit with another optometrist somewhere else. I have been wearing glasses for 30 years and have visited optometrists and purchased glasses through Lenscrafters many, many times (when my insurance has allowed it). In all of that time, I have never experienced anything remotely like this. This has been a truly disappointing experience. I will never do business with this Lenscrafters location again and am considering not visiting any other Lenscrafters location in the future. UPDATE (11/14): The manager called after I posted the initial review. He offered to have me come in for another visit. I told him that I really had no interest in going back to the location and that I really just wanted the refund for the optometrist visit. He said the optometrist would not agree to that. So that's that. A disappointing end to a disappointing experience.

I took my 85 year old Client into to the store to get new glasses and within 30 seconds the manager had noticed and assessed my clients needs. Then, Christina the assisted manager was lovely and worked quickly and asked great questions! We were both so happy! Quick and kind and considerate services.

Marcel was such a delight! Fixed our glasses right up, and was so kind & helpful. Great experience for sure
