I went to Rancho Optometry inside the Target store to see Dr. Alla Young after experiencing extreme eye discomfort -- it literally felt like I had tiny pieces of glass in my eyes, and my vision was seriously affected . At the recommendation of my sister-in-law, I made an appointment, and I am so glad I did! From the moment Dr. Young began the exam, I knew I was in the best hands . She performed an extremely thorough evaluation, took the time to listen, and showed genuine care and understanding. Her calm, compassionate manner instantly put me at ease . Dr. Young prescribed an antibiotic treatment along with eye drops to keep my eyes properly humidified, and the relief was incredible . She also scheduled a follow-up appointment one week later, which was included in her very reasonable $65 fee -- and once again, she carefully and thoroughly checked both eyes. That level of care truly exceeded my expectations . Dr. Young is an absolute delight to work with -- kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about her patients' well-being . If I lived here, she would 100% be my dedicated eye doctor without hesitation. I also want to give a huge shout-out to the staff at Rancho Optometry . Every visit, we were welcomed with warm smiles, professionalism, and a genuinely friendly attitude. It truly makes a difference! I highly recommend Rancho Optometry and Dr. Young without hesitation. Exceptional care, wonderful people, and an all-around fantastic experience!

Great atmosphere. Staff is friendly and explained everything clearly. The dr had understanding towards having two little ones and didn't rush us through the appointment. Definitely a returning customer.

I had an eye emergency, needed an exam and some information.Had unusual circumstances. Had to call around. Got answering services from other optometrists, and silly questions and high prices or lack of an optometrist on site, until I called rancho optometry. The young lady that answered the call was caring and attentive. It was like walking into a spa after dealing with all those other optometrist services. The actual optometrist super amazing. Attentive, caring, relatable. Just an all around salt of the earth kinda woman. Very technically proficient and sharp. I just felt bad I hadn't found her sooner. Who knew the perfect optometrist was inside of my local target. Whenever I need new glasses I'm taking my hard earned dollars here. Thank you for taking care of me in my hour of need.

I loved my eye exam it was so Thorough, Dr. Alla Young is very good. She took the time to explain everything to me. And I got a great deal on my glases and the staff is awesome.

As convenient as it gets. I've always had good service here. And, although it might seem small, they have an excellent eyeglass selection.

The starts speak for themselves. The Dr. is extremely knowledgeable and personable. There was nobody waiting so I didn't feel anyone was rushing which is a big plus. Daniel also knows his stuff. A good team twho obviously love what they do. The most thorough exam I've ever had.

The optometrist and staff were great. Everyone was friendly, ready to go, equipment was clean, and the appointment was fast and easy. The optometrist's explanation of my eye health was clear, concise, and through. Great experience.
