I had a really good experience at the Vision Center thanks to Suz. She helped me order my contacts and find the right sunglasses. You can tell she actually cares about the people she's helping and you're lucky when you find someone with customer service like that. She made sure I got exactly what I needed, and I really appreciated her patience and attention to detail. She is great at what she does, and I truly wish her the best. Definitely recommend seeing her if you stop by.

Very nice place! I always come here for quick fixes on my frames when the occasional frame arm falls off. Good price for eye exam and cheap frames. Only problem is that my last eye exam prescription got lost? I would like to order sunglasses (astigmatism makes the sun SO much brighter) but I can't do so without a copy of my prescription

Got my first eye exam awhile back and Bambi was so helpful and patient while I tried on so many glasses for my first time. She took the time to recommend things for me to consider with shape and types of lenses. I really appreciated her experience!
Since then, I've been so happy with my glasses.
Yesterday I decided to see if I could get them tightened. Even though there were several people there, I was addressed immediately by the kind staff. When I asked for Bambi, they even offered me a chair while I waited (which I didn't have time to sit in before I was helped!) They did a great job with the tightening up (for free!) And even provided a new replacement glasses case.
I enjoyed looking through all their new inventory and decided when I have more time, I will definitely pop in to this location to pick up a second pair!

I went in to get my glasses adjusted Stephanie Milad and Suz were there ready to assist me and made me feel very comfortable with the whole ordeal I was afraid I had brent them to the point of not being fix but they took a look at them talked to me and about 5mins later they were fix and straighten. I got my glasses here back in 2023 and they all amazing then and am glad to see they haven't changed!!
