She was patient, knowledgeable, thorough and went the extra step to contact the supplier to check on a specific frame that was not on display. And to my delight they had it. Customer Service is my deciding factor in choosing in most cases. Thanks to your AWESOME team I've found my permanent Eye place. I saw Dr. Rahul Keswani as Dr. Sanders was out on medical leave. I found him to be very refreshing and precise. We talked, he listened, he made suggestions and I felt we were immediately on the same page. He explained everything he was doing and suggesting in a casual yet understandable way. And I walked away feeling like I was taking proper care of my eyes and looking forward to using the new product he suggested. Very good visit.
