Fantastic experience. Got walked through each test, as well as well as being walked through my insurance coverage and recommendations on lenses. Highly efficient process- booked online for the next day, appointment started on time, and each test was performed like clockwork. Never felt rushed or pressured into a sale. Also Dr White may be the nicest optician I have ever had. She helped explain each test, offered great advice, and made the entire experience pleasant. Highly recommended!

Dr. Stolarczuk is a very good optometrist. From there the business goes quickly downhill. Poor front desk and service staff who in my opinion are not at all helpful and bordering on rude. I paid a lot of money for a pair of sunglasses after an eye exam and they provided very poor customer service. I bought a pair of glasses shortly after at Warby Parker and they were less than 1/3 the cost (without insurance) and the customer service at Warby was absolutely stellar. They (Warby) spent a lot of time adjusting my new glasses to ensure a better fit that helped me see better with my new progressives. I won't be using El Cerrito Optometry again.

I've been getting exams and glasses here for about 30 years and have never been disappointed. I have a regular optometrist but have seen a couple others as well and they are all terrific. It is a very friendly office and very well run. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I had a very quick appointment which I was concerned about when I left and I turned out to be correct when I received my updated prescription and it was worse than my previous glasses plus made me nauseous. The doctor said to try them on for a week or 2 to get used to them which I did but my vision never improved. The nausea was still there but was slightly better after 2 weeks. Still, for how much I paid for the glasses they pressured me into buying this was truly a rip off and a serious waste of time.

Great, full service, smooth process from exam through frame selection and prescription. Very pleasurable experience w knowledgeable staff, good variety of frames w/ more price points than before. Dr. Stolarczuck is thorough, easy to talk to and thoughtful in her prescription solutions. Both my spouse and I have used for 5 years-they always make it right for us.

Everyone was very patient, kind, and friendly. Doctor Stolarczuk is wonderful and thorough and takes time to explain everything. Going through each step if the exam was easy and selecting frames enjoyable with their competent staff. The frame selection is great.

When my awesome retinal surgeon referred me to Dr. Stolarczuk, he said she was a fantastically skilled optometrist, and no one would be able to write me a better prescription. He was right, and I am grateful for the recommendation. Dr. Stolarczuk has seen me through some incredibly annoying eye problems for a few years now, always with a friendly patience for my questions. She is efficient but never rushes, and is uncompromising in ensuring my prescription is as close to perfect as possible -- no easy task given my surgeries. I drive quite a bit out of my way to see her, and if she ever moves, I'll probably drive even further. She is exceptional.

I have been going to El Cerrito Optometry for 4 years now, and I have to say the service is top notch. The staff is exceptional and so it the services provided by the Optometrist.
