Everyone who assisted us was extremely kind. They answered all of our questions, and Sean in particular was very patient and helpful, as well as very confident and spot-on in his suggestions. I ended up choosing a really nice pair of glasses (for a lower price than expected!) and I'm extremely happy with both my choice and the level of service. Surprisingly pleasant trip to the eye doctor! David is quite friendly, and clearly both very comfortable with people and also great at making people comfortable. My eye doc took a very collaborative approach with me on glasses options, informing me along the way both about the general state of my eyes, and also multiple approaches to get the best outcomes, tailored to my life and work. I felt well cared for and also had the sense that there was plenty of time - an uncommon feeling in the doctor's office! He also was very open about where I purchase my glasses, again supporting me in either direction (from West County or elsewhere). The lack of pressure was disarming.

There has never been a mistake with our eye prescriptions and new glasses. Our only negative is we would like to see a better and more stylish selection of frames.

This Business used to be good , they did my glasses for along time . I have to say the employees working there give you great costumer service , But my last glasses they did it twice and was never able to wear them because the prescription doesn't feel right at all . I'm still wearing my old glasses wich are fine and feel great , but my new ones were a total disappointment. They are still in case as they gave them to me and won't wear them because it's not my prescription at all . After more than 20 years with them , I'm parting away taking my business somewhere else . I'm sorry , but that's how I feel .

They have good doctors but the appointment wait times can be inconsistent and long.
My daughter and husband had appointments the same day. We arrived 5mins late. They said they can accommodate only one person as we arrived late.
This time I made an appointment for myself, they made me wait for an hour. Double standards!
We were relieved to find a kind and apologetic receptionist this time.
The last time, it was a different receptionist who left early, claiming we couldn't be accommodated, and we were left to wonder if she just wanted to go home.
